21 Savage Arrested By ICE For Overstaying His American Visa [PEEP]

In what’s turned out to be a shocking headline, 21 Savage has been arrested by Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) for overstaying his American visa and claim he’s from the U.K.

Real name Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested early Sunday morning along with his cousin and fellow Atlanta rapper Young Nudy according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

He’s since been placed in a holding cell as part of a “targeted operation” and faces deportation from the U.S. even though he’s lived here since his Elementary school years.

Big Boi Drops 2 New Singles Ahead Of Super Bowl Performance [LISTEN]

Ahead of his Super Bowl performance this Sunday in his hometown of Atlanta, Big Boi releases two new singles.

On the new tracks Bog Boi has definitely done something special bringing back the ‘Speakerboxxx/The Love Below’ nostalgic sound. The first track “Doin It” features“ Sleepy Brown has a smooth feel. For the second track”Return of the Dope Boi” he summons frequent collaborator Killer Mike and Backbone.

When 21 Savage released his ‘i am > i was’ album people were delighted to find hip-hop’s middle child J. Cole on the opening track, “a lot.” Today 21 shares the introspective visuals which show them at a family get together where everyone is suited.

Behind all of the smiles everyone’s going through their own battles in life, which is showcased in the Aisultan Seitov-directed clip. The video features a third verse on the song which was left out on the
album where 21 kicks knowledge and shows his woke side.

The Space Cadet Gunna just dropped some new heat produced by his main man Turbo called “One Call.” The melodies that he raps makes this song catchy and and gives it playback appeal, along with the track Gunna announced on Twitter that “Drip or Drown II” is dropping this year. G Herbo & Southside Reunite On ‘Still Swervin’ Project [STREAM]

G Herbo reconnects with Southside for their new project ‘Still Swervin’ after collaborating on ‘SWERVO’ last summer.

With two days notice the pair release the 15-track ‘Still Swervin’, which includes guest appearances from Gunna, Juice WRLD, Wheezy, Lil 40, Pretty Savage, and DJ Victorious. The standout single is by far the Juice WRLD-assisted “Never Scared.”

Y’all was looking for the Queen?

Nicki Minaj makes her first splash of 2019 with a new video for her ‘Queen’ album standout, “Hard White.” In the dark, sinister clip, Nicki is shown ruling her kingdom full of goblins and showing off a medusa-inspired look as she runs through the track.

Nicki is getting ready to hit the road on her headlining “Nicki WRLD Tour” with Juice WRLD this month. The European trot will kick off on February 21st in Munich, Germany before hitting 22 other European cities and wrapping on March 28th in Geneva, Switzerland.

Bay Area Artist Sneakk Explains How Tyga & YG-Assisted “Spray” Came Together, Def Jam Rap Camp & More [WATCH]

Bay Area crooner Sneakk checked in with Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk to break downs how “Spray” came Together with Tyga & YG and shared his experience at Def Jam’s Rap Camp.

Hailing from the Bay Area, Sneakk shared that the “Spray” collab was a result of a long day of collabs at the camp where all new Def Jam artists get to come together to work with various producers and the Vallejo native eventually entered into a studio sessions with producer Rico Love and songwriter Houston, where Sneakk freestyled his verse.

With connections to the some of the Bay greats including E-40, Mac Dre, and of course hip hop legend 2Pac, Sneakk shared that he was mostly inspired by his Grandfather who was a church musician.

“My Grandpa did Gopsel music. That’s where my thought process comes from because I just want to just like talk to the people and like uplift people. So, that’s where the gospel part come in at. I love music, he continues. I just wanted to make something that everybody didn’t make. I wanted to be me.”

New Music: Lil Pump – “Racks On Racks” [LISTEN]

Earlier today Lil Pump did an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio and premiered his new single “Racks On Racks,” off his upcoming ‘Harverd Dropout’ album.

During the interview Lil Pump shouts “racks on racks on racks on racks” before talking about the song. Zane Lowe asks Pump about the vibe and sound of it with the rapper responding, “This shit fire,” he confidently says. “I was in the crib, high as shit…I was with my boy, and we just started recording. That was the first on that night.”

“Racks On Racks” was premiered on Beats 1 but Pump has since released the video on YouTube.
