ScHoolboy Q Performs “Numb Numb Juice” & Upcoming Single “CHopstix” On “Fallon” [WATCH]

ScHoolboy Q took over “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last night to perform his new single “Numb Numb Juice” and an unreleased track entitled “CHopstix.”

Following a five-second countdown, Q bursted on the stage and got right into “Numb Numb Juice” while scenes from the 90s-inspired video played on the jumbo-tron behind him. He then surprised the audience by performing the upcoming single “CHopstix,” which features Travis Scott.

Both singles performed are expected to land on Q’s upcoming album that will follow 2016’s ‘Blank Face LP’.

New Music: Logic – “Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind” [LISTEN]

Earlier this week Logic teased a new introspective song titled “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind,” which is the title track of his upcoming album. On the song he raps, “Maybe this bullet can help me to get away / When I can’t deal with the hate, I self-medicate.”

New Video: Post Malone – “Wow.” [WATCH]

Post Malone is on fire right now with his top 5 hit single “Wow.” Posty dropped the James Defina-directed video today which starts with British writer Charles Buxton’s quote: “You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.”

The video goes around the world with Post with a lot of BTS footage and cameos from some of his famous friends like DJ Khaled and 2 Chainz. Mike Alancourt, who went viral on social media after dancing to “Wow.” also appears doing his dance.

New Video: Quincey White – “White Noise” [WATCH]

My boy Quincey White released his ‘White Noise’ project last year which was loaded with some fire joints, today he shares the video for the title track. In the Cole Eckerle-directed clip, Q is shown shooting his shot at a local basketball court and walking around his neighborhood as he raps.

Logic Announces New Album ‘Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind’ [PEEP]

Logic announced on his Instagram and Twitter that he will be dropping a new album entitled ‘Confessions of a Dangerous Mind’ very soon.

The upcoming album appears to be coming alongside of his debut novel “Supermarket” that is expected to release later this month. On social media the wordsmith released a music video that also served as a trailer for the album.

In the video Logic previews an upcoming single, but had an amazing visual, and unmatched lyrical content. Young Bobby Tarantino begins the video rapping in front of an all-black background and starts bleeding from the his neck. By the end of it, his entire body is covered. While this is happening he opens up about his insecurities and his ability to relate to those going through depression, and comparison issues.

New Video: Gunna – “Richard Millie Plain” [WATCH]

Gunna is fresh off the release of his ‘Drip or Drown 2’ and has been consistent with visuals for the album.  The Atlanta rapper dropped the video for “Richard Millie Plain” we can clearly see that Gunna is here to take the crown as drip king. Throughout the video Gunna shows off his watch collection and loads of cash as he rides in a Maybach! There’s no drowning for Gunna as he drips all throughout this video.

St. Louis rapper Comethazine snags A$AP Rocky for the remix of his breakout single “Walk.” Although Flocko has been more recently known for more artsier songs and laid back verses, he is no stranger to pulling out his choppa styled and volatile flow as he does on this track. Comethazine does what he does best and kept the same energy on the track and even added an extra verse for our listening pleasures.

Nas & Travis Scott Discuss Rap & Relevance In The Latest Issue Of Playboy [PEEP]

New school and old school unite in the latest issue of Playboy.

Hip-hop icon Nas and modern day rap superstar Travis Scott sit down for an epic 1-on-1 conversation for Playboy. If you know the slightest thing about hip-hop, Nas and Scott are from two completely different generations, cities with different upbringings. During this interview it is amazing to see the bridging of respect from an older generation to the current new wave.

They speak on topics that range from rap to relevance, such as technology in the rap game, the differences in hip-hop across the generations, story telling through Politics, and more.

Throughout their conversation we are able to read about the many similarities and differences between both men as they openly shares differences in their recording process. This conversation is conducted with tons of humility as both simultaneously display respect and honor to one another.

Nas ends the conversation by offering some words to the younger generation saying, The hip-hop game is about staying and sustaining and keeping it going. You’re a great rapper, but they can’t just put you in a rapper box, because your music is going in so many different directions. You’re a rock star, and it always was like that.”

New Video: Kid Ink – “YUSO” Feat. Lil Wayne & Saweetie [WATCH]

The night club-themed video was the perfect setting for Kid Ink’s summertime-inspired single “YUSO” featuring Lil Wayne and Saweetie. Given the nature of the lyrical content in the song, the video contains twerking and promiscuous activity as women suggestively suck on bananas and lick melting Ice cream cones.
