Quincey White Releases Surprise ‘White Noise’ Project [STREAM]

If you’ve been following Quincey White’s movement on social media (@QUINCEYWHITE), you’re aware he’s been been doing the #30FOR30CHALLENGE, where he spit 16 bar verses a day for 30 consecutive days. Over a wide-ranging selection of beats the L.A. rapper displayed his talents, blazing each freestyle.

To celebrate the completion of the challenge, the rapper formerly known as Dubb releases his new 6-track EP, ‘White Noise’. The title of the project is quite catchy being that he now goes by Quincey White and it’s his noise you hear throughout the feature-less project.

“I wanted to do something for my core audience as well as my new comers, thank you for rocking with me,” said Q.

This project follows last year’s critically-acclaimed, ‘The 7’ EP. Be on the lookout for my boy as he is definitely only warming up and has a lot more on the way.

New Video: Quincey White – “Graveyard Or the Pen” [WATCH]

South Central rapper Quincey White let’s it all out in the Yellow Nguyen-directed video for his ‘The 7’ single, “Graveyard or the Pen.” On the song he details the two ways he sees young men getting out the ghetto and it is illustrated in the video as he shows what he sees the two ways: one being prison and the other being death.

Driven by a piano ballad, the single is well represented in the emotional video that plays out to be very dramatic with Q rapping in front of a violinist in one scene and in others getting out of prison, only to face his own grave by the end of the video.
