Up first is Toshitaka Kondo, Senior Editor at Complex Magazine. Watch above and hear him speak on his finance degree, how he got started in the industry, and his experiences in hip-hop culture in general.

This is a great idea and should prove to be a really interesting series. If you are in this industry or want to be, its definitely a must watch.
