J. Cole Reveals Upcoming ‘KOD’ Album Dropping This Friday [PEEP]

The real is back, the ‘ville is back.

Sticking to his “Dollar & A Dream” ways, J. Cole hosted a pop-up “first come first serve” concert tonight at Gramercy Theatre in New York that was announced just hours before beginning. Packed out with a line circling the block, fans anticipated that an album was being announced.

Cole did in fact announce he would be releasing his fifth studio album ‘KOD’ this Friday, April 20th. According to Rap Radar’s B.dot who was there the 12-track forthcoming album was recorded in two weeks and Cole is “experimenting with flow.”

‘KOD’ is said to have three meanings being, “kidz on drugz, king overdose, kill our demonz” according to B.dot.

Aside from that there is not much info, but more should be revealed in the coming days, or you can just wait for the album dropping this Friday.
