Jay-Z and Beyonce introduced Carter royalty to the world on Saturday, January 7th. The singer delivered a healthy baby girl named Ivy Blue Carter via a scheduled C-section. Another fun princess Carter fact, she was delivered on the fourth floor of Lennox Hill Hospital in New York. She had the whole fourth floor rented out to herself for $1.3 million. Pssssh, hip hop royalty. Oh and yeah… there’s already a twitter for the baby.

UPDATE: Confirmed name is Blue Ivy Carter.

The H Town in Beyonce just couldn't let Jay name the baby "Brooklyn". I guess my dad was right... It's whatever MOM wants... ALWAYS!
