Jeezy serves up that straight, raw trap sound over 16 tracks with features from Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, French Montana, Yo Gotti, Plies, and his fallen soldier, Bankroll Fresh. The guest apperances just add to what is already a quality piece from intro to outro.

The mixtape’s cover art displays an early mugshot of the rapper with cuts, bruises, and other legal documents engraved within the orange background. The orange background may be referencing the county jail’s jumpsuit colors.

Weeks leading up to the release, Meek has been teasing songs on the mixtape like “Froze” featuring Nicki Minaj and Lil’ Uzi Vert and “Litty.” A tracklist has been floating around the Internet showing other contributors being Pusha T, Quavo, Tory Lanez, French Montana, Young Thug, and more. Kid Ink never lost hope and kept his faith strong always knowing “One Day” he would make it. In the video for the soulful song Ink lights candles and puts his two hands together in a church to maintain his blessings. The visuals also capture people around the inner city of Los Angeles.

A$AP Mob fans rejoice! The first official first mob mixtape ever, ‘Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends’ is complete according to A$AP Rocky. The tape will be released on Halloween day through A$AP Worldwide, Polo Grounds Music, and RCA Records.

The artwork for the mixtape pays respect and homage to the late A$AP Mob founder, A$AP Yams, with a baby picture of him. In past weeks there has been a plethora of new music and videos released which will all land on the upcoming mixtape.

D.R.A.M. & Travis Barker Perform ‘Broccoli’ On “The Conan Show” [WATCH]

What do you do when you have a No. 1 song on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs Chart? You perform it on late night shows. Last night that’s exactly what D.R.A.M. did when hit “The Conan Show.”

Accompanied by drummer Travis Barker adding some rock flavor, the Big Baby rose to the occasion without the help of Lil’ Yachty, who as you know is featured on the track. The performance even made Conan dance around the stage. Watch below.

YG Drops Video For “One Time Comin'” & Says New Mixtape “Koming Soon” [WATCH]

Following the release of his new single “One Time Comin’,” YG drops the visuals for his anti-police brutality single.

The video displays the inequalities colored people deal with concerning law enforcement and also the inefficiencies that dashboard and body cameras have during police interactions. Time and time again officers still carelessly shoot even when victims raise their hands and surrender during a pursuit.

Towards the end of the video you will see the victim in the video finally surrenders to police after being chased, but the camera blacks out and all you hear is rounds of ammunition. YG ends the video with text that reads, “Our condolences go out to all the families who have lost innocent loved 1s to police brutality.”

Currently on his “Fuck Donald Trump Tour,” YG took to Twitter to say he’s dropping a mixtape soon.

That’s a nice way to break a promise, YG. Can’t wait to hear the new sounds.

21 Savage & Metro Boomin – “Feel It” [VIDEO]

The ‘Savage Mode’ team consisting of 21 Savage and Metro Boomin drop the visuals for “Feel It” via The Fader. “Feel It” is off their 9-track mixtape which was released earlier this year in July.

21 Savage can “feel it in the air” as he sits in bed counting money with a model laying in bed, and driving around town sippin’ some drank.

After collaborating for the ‘Savage Mode’ mixtape both artists will team up again at the “PlayStation Theater” in New York City for the “Young Metro Don’t Trust Donald Trump” charity show on November 4th. All proceeds will go towards sending a student from St. Louis to Morehouse College.
