Dave East was pretty active in 2020 and looks to continue his musical output with the release of his new track, “No Lucc.” That track is a short one and finds East rapping about his hustle over a soulful beat.
The Weeknd dropped his critically-acclaimed ‘After Hours’ album last year which was snubbed for a GRAMMY nomination. That’s not stopping Abel from continuing to promote it as he drops the video for “Save Your Tears” off the album.
A few weeks ago 50 Cent dropped a theme song for his “Power Book III: Raising KANAN” show that features NLE Choppa and Rileyy. The track gets the video treatment today, which shows footage from the show but also Fif, Choppa, and Rileyy performing their parts.
Inglewood’s very own Thurz is looking to stay productive and keep the momentum going in 2021. All last year he released a new track a part of his “Thurz Thursdays” and it looks like he’s not stopping with another new banger called “Cents”, produced by DJ Khalil.

This past year was absolute trash but you already knew that in case you forgot though, the legendary Mad Skillz came through with his latest Rap Up to remind you just how trash it was.
As he does every year Mad Skillz recaps the year with all the major events that happened. This year’s is the most powerful he’s ever released as he made it a tribute to the late George Floyd by making it 8:46, the time murder, disgraced, former police officer Derek Chauvin had on his neck.
Watch and listen below, make sure you listen till the end.
This year was hard on many from the top when we lost the late, great legend Kobe Bryant in January to the horrific Covid-19 pandemic, which took the lives of many people all over the world. It was mostly all bad but there were some silver-linings.
Justin Credible, DJ Sourmilk and myself touch on everything 2020 from pandemic talk to entanglements to UFOs to a bunch of other shit, and hip-hop of course. We give out our LEAKIE awards for MVP of the year, best artists, albums, and more.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed bringing it to you. If you’re old enough to drink or smoke we recommend you do as we relive this year together. Until next year peace to you, your loved ones, and 2020.
These days it feels like real ones are at an all-time low but J Stone is helping keep us alive. The All Money In rapper comes through with his new project ‘The Definition of Pain’, as he honors the late, great Nipsey Hussle.
The project includes a total of 18-tracks with Stone showing his rapping ability that wow’d Nip and told him to start rapping when he was released from prison. It also shows him spitting real bars throughout.
Throughout you’ll hear major contributions from Nipsey Hussle, T.I., E-40, Dom Kennedy, Dave East, Kash Doll, and more.
Produced by Los Hendrix, Nascent, and Carter Lang, the Top Dawg first lady delivers a feel-good vibe on the track with her amazing vocals and laid-back delivery. The mellow production makes the track even more relaxing as it makes a fitting sound together with SZA’s vocal performance.
Fans will surely enjoy the track as SZA spreads positivity and a clear mindset on this one.
Zaytoven joins forces with Quavo for a brand-new track called “YAEE.”
The Zaytoven produced track sees the Migos’ rapper showing off his melodic vocals on the hook while bragging about his baddie. Quavo came through the first verse with an easy-going flow full of braggadocio bars.
“YAEE” is featured on Zaytoven’s holiday-inspired project called ‘GrinchToven Stole the Trap’.
