Mustard has been on fire all year and it appears he won’t be slowing down anytime soon. Before lighting up his set at Rolling Loud Miami, Mustard assembles an all-star squad of YG, 21 Savage, Meek Mill, and Quavo for his latest single, “100 Bands.”
DJ Snake aligned the stars on his new banger “Enzo,” which brought together Offset, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, and Sheck Wes. The superstar DJ brings them all back for the black-and-white Daps-directed visuals, that finds the collaborators whipping exotic whips and living in the fast life as horses roam freely.
There’s not many artists out here like Russ that can produce, write, mix, and master all their own music and if you’ve heard of him I’m sure you’ve heard him boast about his skills. On his new one “Civil War” he grabs Boi1da to produce while he handles the rest on the banger. He releases this one along with a video.
Tory Lanez has been releasing a lot of bangers as of late but on his new single “What Happened To The Kids” he takes a different approach. The rapper teased the single with a message that said, “Make a choice. A positive decision makes a positive difference.”
Jhene Aiko has addressed her break up with Big Sean a few times and looked for closure but hasn’t really laid it all on the line. Her latest song “Triggered (Freestyle)” might be talking about Sean Don with lines like, I realized that instead of running away from my emotions…I needed to sit with them, express myself and say whatever came to mind.”
Chicago up-and-comer will be releasing his new project ‘Wildboy’ on Friday, May 17th and it will include features from Meek Mill, Moneybagg Yo, Lil Durk, Yo Gotti, Polo G, and Tre Pound. Today he unleashes the Polo G-assisted “Caroline” to begin the rollout.
I remember when my guy Tariq first played me “Real One” by his artist Ryan before it dropped last year and I was instantly in awe with the whole vibe. Last week they released the dope West Coast-inspired video for the single, which shows Ryan cruising the streets in a lowrider with his gang and winning his love interest’s heart over.
Justin Credible sets the table every night on the Power 106 “NEW @ NIGHT” playing the hottest new songs by not only popular artists but also up-and-comers. He’s put together a new “#Jus10Credible” playlist, which includes some of those joints he plays on the airwaves.

Pomona and Long Beach connect as Young Drummer Boy links up with $tupid Young for a banger entitled, “Everything Go.” Accompanied by a video, the clip shows both rappers spitting street verses as they kick it with homies and some fly nenas.
Dreamville’s first lady Ari Lennox has been killing shit for a while now. To many people’s surprise she hadn’t released a full-length album until today as she unleashes her debut jawn, ‘Shea Butter Baby’.
Arriving via Dreamville/Interscope Records, the debut album includes a total of 12-tracks and only one guest appearance from fellow Dreamville signee J.I.D on “Broke.” The album also includes recently-released tracks “Up Late” and the title track “Shea Butter Baby.”

YG had “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” brackin’ last night with a performance of his new ‘4Real 4Real’ single “Go Loko.” Joined by collaborators Tyga and Jon Z, the trio ran through the Mustard-produced banger as they recreated scenes from the music video.
Before hitting the stage to perform “Go Loko,” YG or “Y” as Kimmel called him did a segment called “New Lyrics For Old People,” where he broke down the lyrics to the song.
YG’s ‘4Real 4Real’ album will be released on Friday, May 24th.
Florida man Ski Mask the Slump God dropped in to the Power 106 #LIFTOFF show to check-in with Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk. They talked about upcoming music, working with Juice WRLD on a collaborative project, the Dreamville “Revenge of the Dreamers” studio sessions, and more.
Following his birthday, the homies ask what he did to celebrate and he responded by saying, “skiing, ski gotta go skiing.” Also, if you ever wanted to know what the best gift to get Slump God for his birthday it is Hennessy.
The “Faucet Failure” rapper goes on to discuss new music in the works, more particularly a new EP that will include features from Chance the Rapper and hopefully Lauryn Hill. This project is one he describes as “meaningful and genuine music.” In the midst of that project, he confirms a joint effort with Juice Wrld titled Evil Twins is in the works as well. Between the two rappers, their differences in their process of creating music complement each other and make each other better.
Justin asks Ski Mask about his tattoos and how he got into them and explains that it was something him and Jaseh (Xxxtentacion) used to do. X would get one which would make him want to get one as well. On a deeper level, he notes that getting the tattoos on his face among other places was a way of saying to himself there is no turning back on being a rapper.
The Slump God talked about the epic Revenge of the Dreamers sessions with Dreamville that went down earlier this year. Of course, J.Cole was there the entire time but explains how he didn’t even get an opportunity to meet him since he was in another studio. He goes on to detail what it was like being in the studio with the team and adds “There’s no better feeling than people that you care about or you respect, appreciates or f***s with what you’re doing.. You care about that more than anyone else’s opinion.”
Being a previous XXL Freshman class member, DJ Sourmilk asked the Slump God who he would like to see on the 2019 list and shares he already knows the whole list!! The guys tried to get him to spill the tea but he didn’t reveal much.
Before heading out J Creddy had to hit Ski Mask with “Just In Time” asking him random questions in 60 seconds, watch his answers below as well as the rest of the interview with the L.A. Leakers.
Detroit rapper Darnell Williams released a slapper a couple months ago in the Reese LAFLARE-assisted “Turbo.”
Today he strikes again with a comedic video for the single that stars Tommy “Tiny” Lister, most notably known for his role in “Friday” as Deebo. The clip begins with Darnell pulling up on Tiny at his crib to collect unpaid money in a Deebo-isque manner, before linking with Reese at a lavish crib in the hills, where they are surrounded by a flock of women.
