Among topics discussed was his upcoming ‘War & Leisure’ album, the creation of his single “Sky Walker” featuring Travis Scott, producers that have worked on the album, the current state of America, what he would say to Donald Trump if the opportunity presented itself, and more.

About the album he said, “I can look back and say I remember the time and I wanted to create something that talks about what was happening here but at the same time its real. I want to have fun too, I want to party but I wanna laugh and be joyous still have to acknowledge and recognize what else is happening.”

Rich The Kid Talks Kendrick Lamar Collab, Upcoming Album & More [WATCH]

Having recently-released his new single “New Freezer” featuring Kendrick Lamar, Rich The Kid stopped by the #LIFTOFF show on Power 106 to speak to Sourmilk and Justin about it. Rich said he’s been sitting on the record for about 7 to 8 months, but everyone he previously played it for said it was going to be a hit.

“When I first recorded the song I was in New York,” he said. “I first played it for my friends and they were like, “yo this is it, this song is gonna go dumb,” and I just had the hook part.”

Aside from discussing “New Freezer,” the Leakers also talked to Rich about the process of getting K. Dot on the track, other artists and producers on the project, and much more.

During a recent promo visit to Power 106’s “The Cruz Show” for his “Goin Thru The Motions Tour,” PnB Rock spit a melodic freestyle over French Montana’s “Unforgettable”. During the freestyle PnB showed off his vocals as he added his own hook and sang a bit.

The freestyle received such a positive reception that the Philly native dropped the official audio on his SoundCloud. “I really was just playin and havin fun lol I started beat boxing at the end,” he wrote on his Twitter.
