Pharrell will soon get his very own Hollywood star embedded on the sidewalks of Hollywood Boulevard. It was announced today, he was among the 30 chosen, which include Pitbull, Will Ferrell, Kool & The Gang and more.

Blige links with Skateboard P for this new one “See That Boy Again”, which can be found on the “Think Like A Man 2” soundtrack which drops on June 17 featuring 14 new tracks from Mary including a duet with The-Dream (“Vegas Nights”), the single “Suitcase,” and her remake of Shalamar’s ’80s hit “A Night to Remember.”
The list of performers for the BET Awards was revealed today! Drake, Lil Wayne, Usher, and Pharrell will be hitting the stage on Sunday, June 29, at 8 p.m. EST.
Also Drake, Beyoncé, and Jay Z lead with five nominations including Video of the Year.
Before hitting the stage last night on Jimmy Kimmel, Skateboard P and Jimmy hit the Hollywood strip to see who can capture the most selfies with random pedestrians. Pharrell also recalled his phone conversation with the late Michael Jackson and Jimmy’s cameo in his “Happy” video.

Pharrell graced the cover of W magazine’s annual art issue. Inside the mag Pharrell speaks on about his now-trademark Vivienne Westwood hat, his changing role in music and creating the mega hits, “Happy” and “Blurred Lines.” Pharrell also reveals the name of his upcoming collection with Adidas (copyrights be damned). Naturally, there’s a whole philosophical explanation behind it.
“I have a new clothing collaboration with Adidas,” he continued. “And it’s called Adidas = Pharrell Williams. I know I can’t trademark the equal sign, and that’s fine with me because, you know what? It’s just… equal. The ‘Happy’ video is about equality; my music is about equality, and being associated with the idea of equal got me where I am now.”
