Yo Gotti & Mike WiLL Made-It Drop Collaborative ‘Gotti Made-It’ Project [STREAM]

Southern rap legends Yo Gotti and Mike WiLL Made-It release their surprise, collaborative project ‘Gotti Made-It’.

Stacked with 9-tracks, the project includes a feature from Nicki Minaj on the strip club anthem, “Rake It Up,” in addition to some solid production from Mike WiLL and a collection of gangsta trap barz from Yo Gotti.

Gotti will be starting his co-headlining “Against All Odds Tour” beginning July 5th in Cleveland, Ohio. YFN Lucci and Moneybagg Yo will also be on the bill.

Yo Gotti and Mike WiLL Made-It announced their collaborative project earlier today. To accompany the announcement, Gotti and Mike drop “Rake It Up” featuring Nicki Minaj. The strip club anthem was previewed last night by both Nicki and Gotti.

Rapping with a chip on his shoulder, Gotti uses the final verse to take shots at his nemesis and fellow Memphis rapper, Young Dolph. While referencing Too $hort and using the Bay Area rapper’s favorite word, Gotti raps, “You a bitch and your bitch should expose you / All that pillow talking, ni**a, that’s what the hoes do / You a bitch, word to my ni**a Short / We won’t ever write no statements, we ain’t showing up in court.”

Yo Gotti & Mike WiLL Made-It Announce Joint Project [PEEP]

When you think of Southern rap legends the names of Yo Gotti and Mike WiLL Made-It have got to come to mind. The Memphis rapper and super-producer have announced a collaborative, surprise joint project called ‘Gotti Made-It’.

With 9-tracks and one Nicki Minaj feature, you can definitely expect that heavy-thumping production and slick raps. Both Mike and Gotti have worked in the past, but no one could say they saw a full-fledged joint project coming from the combination.

Dropping at midnight, the project will include the Nicki Minaj-assisted “Rake It Up,” which she previewed and teased on her Instagram yesterday.

“Lil’ bad Trini bitch, but she mixed with China,” Nicki raps on the track. “Real thick vagina smuggle bricks to China.” Later, she adds: “I don’t date, honey / Cookie on tsunami / All my n***as wife me once they get that good punani.”

Gotti is getting ready to hit his co-headlining “Against All Odds Tour” with Meek Mill, YFN Lucci, and Moneybagg Yo.

Nicki Minaj Will Perform At The First-Ever NBA Awards [PEEP]

It’ll be yet another Young Money affair at the NBA Awards, as it was at the Billboard Music Awards with Drake-hosting, and the new announcement that Nicki Minaj will hit the stage for a well-warranted performance.

Nicki’s BBMAs performance stretched just under 10-minutes and included surprise appearances from Lil Wayne and Jason Derulo. Barbz ran through her top hits (which are a lot) through the performance and left a lasting impression on the attendees.

Aside from doing major performances the queen is having sleepovers with Nas and has been working on her fourth studio album which will be the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Pink Print’.

The first-ever NBA Awards will be hosted and produced by Drake and will take place at Pier 36’s Basketball City in New York City. It will air on June 26th at 6 p.m. PST / 9 p.m. EST.

Nicki Minaj Brings Out Lil Wayne & Jason Derulo At The #BBMAs [WATCH]

The queen of hip hop, Nicki Minaj kicked off the 2017 Billboard Music Awards in grand fashion. Dawned in a dominatrix outfit, Nicki lit the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas up. During her breath-taking, opening 9-minute performance, Barbz brought out Lil Wayne, Jason Derulo, and David Guetta, as she cooked up a medley of her hits.

Nicki led things off by performing “Moment For Life,” “Anaconda,” and “Beez in the Trap.” She then brought out Lil Wayne to perform her Remy Ma diss track “No Frauds.” The woman with the most Billboard Hot 100 placements continued by bringing out David Guetta for “Light My Body Up” and Jason Derulo for “Swalla”.

For the grand finale, Nicki performed the emotional single “Regret In Your Tears.” Dressed in all black, the Young Money First Lady was sending a message to her exes, saying it was their funeral.

After teasing fans with clips of the video for “Regret In Your Tears” for a few weeks now, Nicki Minaj delivers the visuals for the single off her ‘#3PackFromParis’ release. The Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott-directed visuals follows the “No Frauds” video featuring Drake and Lil Wayne.

This video is far more intimate than the “No Frauds” video, showing Barbz laying with a man in a erotic bedroom scene. In a grandiose water scene, Nicki survives a major flood while others drowning in the flood. The flood could be a representation of the tears of regret her exes (Meek Mill & Safaree) may drown themselves in.

Nick is currently working on her forthcoming album expected to drop this summer. It was also announced she will be performing at the Billboard Music Awards along with her labelmate, Drake.

The Young Money “Big 3” hit London to shoot the video for “No Frauds”.

In the Benny Boom-directed video, Nicki shows off her superior royalty in exquisite wardrobe provided by Alexander McQueen, Philipp Plein, and Charbel Zoe. Barbz slays it with scenes on a throne, in a nightclub and London streets. Nicki also gets petty by putting Remy Ma’s former friend, Rashida “Rah” Ali in the video.

Nicki Minaj and PARTYNEXTDOOR poke fun at the state of phone dependency that occurs in this day and age in the video for Major Lazer’s “Run Up”.
