Fresh off a Grammy nomination from his standout album ‘Apollo XXI,’ star Compton vocalist Steve Lacy has proven his 2019 is a year to remember to the fullest.

Now, the former member of The Internet has dropped off “Jean Jack It,” a SoundCloud-influenced loose for the people. A track with a freestyle structure that finds the guitarist at home, Lacy’s infectious and playful exhibit deserves a warm welcome.
