Fresh off her #3PackFromParis release, Nicki Minaj takes the title of the woman artist with the most single entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart ever.
The same #3PackFromParis release is what excelled Nicki and contributed to her advancement of surpassing Aretha Franklin, who held the title. The three singles off the Paris pack all landed on the chart with ”No Frauds” featuring Drake and Lil Wayne coming in at No. 14, “Regret in Your Tears” at No. 61, and the “Changed It” featuring Lil Wayne at No. 71.
Aretha, who held the title for over 40-years, still sits on the throne for most entries as a solo artist. Nicki has 44 entries on features and 32 as a solo artist. In today’s industry features are an essential part to many singles that make it on the charts.
Following Nicki and Aretha on the all-time woman’s list is Taylor Swift with 70, Rihanna with 58, Madonna with 57, Dionne Warwick with 56, and Beyoncé with 54, respectively.
With Nicki working on her follow up album to 2014’s ‘The Pinkprint’, which should be dropping later this year, you can definitely expect her to keep climbing the charts, breaking more record, and making more history.
