Whew, looks like we won’t have to wait another seven years for a follow up album. Justin Timberlake confirmed last night, at his “Target Presents the iHeartRadio Album Release Party With Justin Timberlake” party/event/soiree to which my invite was somehow misplaced.

According to MTV News, the Memphis crooner cleared up sequel rumors and put a smile on the faces of those lucky few who attended.

“Let me clear a rumor up,” Timberlake told host Ryan Seacrest at the El Rey Theatre, addressing a revelation from the Roots’ ?uestlove that Timberlake’s 10-song album would be followed up by another 10 tracks in November. “The news that this is only the first half of the album, that’s true. That’s all I’m gonna say!”

In case you need a tweet for proof, here you go. BAM.

Yes! I’m totes excited for this one. Hopefully I’ll be invited to the party the second time around. As for those who are kinda bummed that they missed the show, Timberlake’s album release special will air Tuesday at 8 p.m. on the CW.
