Gucci Mane summons “Both” Young Money rappers, Drake and Lil Wayne for the remix of his banging single off ‘The Return of East Atlanta Santa’, which dropped last December.

Over the Metro Boomin’ and Southside co-produced track, Weezy adds a verse where he also gets “Both” high and drunk rapping, “I don’t usually do this but the drink has got me moody / Got me thinking ’bout decisions man, I should’ve left with Juve / Got me bustin’ with my cutie, I can’t trust her nor her booty / Every night, she actin’ new school, I am not gon’ be a student / I got class, I got trash, I got bills, I got pills / Heard them boys gon’ write me off, hope they also writing they wills,” spits Wayne at the front of his verse.”

New Music: David Guetta – “Light My Body Up” Feat. Nicki Minaj & Lil Wayne [LISTEN]

light-my-body-up

Nicki Minaj recently passed Aretha Franklin as the female artist with most singles on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. This new single David Guetta single, “Light My Body Up,” is guaranteed to keep her at the top with all the makings of a No. 1-sounding song.

Wayne is also on the track dropping an auto-tune-filled verse, while Nicki drops a couple bars but mostly sings on the song. Guetta’s production is brilliant as the song should get plays on both Urban and Pop radio formats.

New Music: Nicki Minaj – “Changed It” Feat. Lil Wayne [LISTEN]

nicki-minaj-changed-it

With assistance from her YMCMB boss, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj throws more jabs at Remy Ma, while also claiming the throne on “Changed It” from her “3 Pack From Paris” releases.

The Detail and Sidney Swift-co-production includes two verses and a hook from Weezy. Nicki Nick does the rest as she shows off impressive bars to prove she still has the same skills that made her who she is today.

If you listen closely, you will hear “another one,” as in another Remy Ma diss. “MJ to the teens / I am Billie Jean and the bitch is my son / I’m doing it for fun, I am the first number, tell them bitches I won / This hoe getting slick, so I put on gym shoes and extended my run / MJ, game 6, Jackson, Tyson,” raps Nicki.

Young Money’s “Big 3” reunite for the first time since “Truffle Butter” on Nicki Minaj’s “No Frauds” from her “3 Pack From Paris” releases.

Nicki, Drizzy, and Weezy all unite to call out frauds, phonies, and name-sayers over the Murda Beatz-production. Nicki, kicks off the track by delivering the response many had been waiting for, with gut-wrenching bars aimed at her nemesis, Remy Ma.

“You can’t be Pablo if your work ain’t sellin’ / What the fuck is this bitch inhalin’?” raps Barbz. “Tried to drop “Another One,” you was itchin’ to scrap / You exposed your ghostwriter / Now you wish it was scrapped / Heard your pussy on yuck / I guess you needed a Pap.”

Nicki goes on to speak on Remy’s credibility, while calling her out for plastic surgery rapping, “Sheneneh, you a fraud committin’ perjury / I got before and after pictures of your surgery / Ra took you to her doc, but you don’t look like Ra / Left the operating table, still look like ‘nah.'”

Along with “No Frauds,” Nicki dropped “Changed It” featuring Lil Wayne and “Regret In Your Tears.” However, “No Frauds” holds the most value of the releases, because it includes features from her labelmates, and she delivers a vicious response to Remy, on a track with the right bounce that should garner plenty of radio spins.

New Video: Wale – “Running Back” Feat. Lil Wayne [WATCH]

Football season is officially over with the New England Patriots winning the Superbowl last night. However, that’s not stopping Wale from dropping the visuals for his football-inspired single “Running Back” featuring Lil Wayne.

Both rappers hit various play actions in front of the color-changing background in the ACRS-directed video. As both rappers dance around while rapping their verses, models join them as cheerleaders on the sidelines.

In the video Wale pays his respects to former USC Trojans running back, Joe McKnight. McKnight was shot and killed by a man in his native hometown of New Orleans, following a road rage dispute. RIP.

ESPN isn’t a usual place to debut new music, but don’t tell that to Wale. The DC rapper made an unprecedented move today, as he debuted “Running Back” featuring Lil Wayne on ESPN’s First Take.

While Wale performed with a live band behind him, Lil Tunechi came out of nowhere to deliver his verse on “Running Back.” The song is expected to be featured on Wale’s forthcoming album ‘S.H.I.N.E.’, the follow-up to 2015’s ‘The Album About Nothing’.

Both Wale and Wayne love sports as much as they do music and have been guests in the past on ESPN’s First Take. Wale even recorded the show’s theme song in the past.

Lil Wayne Announces New Project ‘Funeral’ [PEEP]

lil-wayne-performance-bet-awards-billboard-2014-650x430

It looks like ‘Tha Carter V’ will stay under Birdman’s control for the time being, as he and Lil Wayne try to sort their unresolved grievances. However, the ‘C5’ delay doesn’t appear to be stopping Weezy from putting out a new album.

“Make sure they know that ‘Funeral’ is coming soon,” Lil Wayne said on “The Nine Club” podcast about his forthcoming project ‘Funeral’. “That’s my music. Get your roses ready. I don’t have a release date, but I have a whole bunch of good news coming soon. If you’re a Wayne fan, I know we’ve been going through a lot of tough times right now, but if you are a Wayne fan, we about to hold our heads high soon.”

For Wayne fans this is the best news associated with the rapper in a long time. The YMCMB general has been involved in an ongoing $51-million legal battle with Birdman, dealt with a series of seizures causing him to miss shows, and been under fire for his comments regarding the Black Lives Matter movement.

Aside from the new album announcement, Tunechi also tells “The Nine Club” host, Chris Roberts why he’s a Lakers and Packers fan, why he got into skating, Amazon’s Echo Alexa visiting his home, his partnership with Samsung, and a lot more. Watch and listen to the 60-minute interview below.

The release date for ‘Funeral’ is still pending. The project will be Wayne’s first since his 2015 ‘Free Weezy Album’.

Along with the gang-related statement, Jeezy makes a political statement by showing a mural of Donald Trump as the Joker brandishing a knife at Lady Liberty.

Lil Wayne Reps Roc-A-Fella At Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival [WATCH]

lil-wayne-flog-gnaw

On various songs in Lil Wayne’s catalog, he has let it be known he is a “Muthafuckin’ Cash Money Millionaire.”

Saturday night the crowd at the “Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival” were caught off guard when Weezy altered the chorus of “I’m Me” with “I know that ain’t fair / but I don’t care, I’m a muthafuckin’ Cash Money R-O-C millionaire.”

It is a mystery whether Wayne is in discussions to join Roc Nation or if he was just looking to irk Birdman (who he’s suing for $51-million) by showing his allegiance to Jay-Z.

What is known is that Weezy partnered with Jay-Z as a co-owner of TIDAL a year ago. Could the Louisiana rapper be working on a new deal with Jay?
