Cypress Hill percussionist Eric Bobo and Beat Junkies DJ Rhettmatic have teamed up to provide a follow-up to Bobo Meets Rhettmatic. The Cypress Junkies Mixtape/EP cleverly fuses their “one-on-one battle/collaboration-style live sets with their in-studio, original productions as a duo, splitting the project into two halves.” The first half is a live mixtape separated by genre and the second is a 4-track EP with original production and features from Rakaa Iriscience of Dilated Peoples and Noelle Scaggs of Fitz & The Tantrums.
