With years of stunning records, albums, and visuals to her name, Jhene Aiko has established herself as one of the best R&B songstresses music has to offer and in the process of gearing up for her first project since 2017 she’s back with the remix to her buzzing single “Triggered.”
The remix features ATL superstar 21 Savage and another singer chick (or whatever) who I won’t mention or credit due to her disrespectful comments about my city L.A.
In what may be a standout gem from this entire year’s catalog of music releases, 21’s verse blends seamlessly into the laid-back song, offering a male perspective to contrast the heartbreak of Jhene’s angelic vocals.
