It’s no secret that the city of Compton is a hot bed for talent. From Dr. Dre to Kendrick Lamar to YG, a lot of rappers done made it out the hood and made a better life for themselves with their music. The next one that will come up and blow up from the CPT in my opinion is YS.
YS brings that raw, street rap that penetrates through whatever speakers you listen from. He first caught my ear with his song “Bompton” and from that moment I haven’t stopped bumpin’ his shit. His latest track is called “Step In” and it’s produced by Ace The Face, so you know it’s bangin’.
