Live music, political debates and the chance to register to vote all in one place? Progressive lifestyle brand Just Be Cool, in association with Rock The Vote, is producing a political awareness event to encourage participation among young voters. There will be a live political debate between students from UCLA and USC followed by live performances from OverDoz., Polyester, Iman Omari and Yonas Michael. I should get the tickets cuz im from LA and been a fan of Polyester the saint since TheOriginalDom, the RealDealP cut stays on repeat..OverDoz pasadena is my shit as well and I use to go to school with one of the memebers, and i will be sure take dope ass pictures..

I think should be picked to win these tickets because these my favorite artist but my idols, living in LA these artists are establishing the NEW WEST in music. I would more than appreciate the tickets and take someone who is a big fan of the Just Be Cool movement as I am. Please pick me I didn’t write 100 reasons why I should be picked or deserve the tickets but I think this one can top any concert I’ve been to plus I honestly never win anything. Thanks LA Leakers

I believe I deserve to win these tickets to The Politicool Party’ w/ OverDoz., Polyester, Iman Omari & Yonas Michael, because I have helped my community, which is a low income with rival gangs one mile apart. I live in a mainly latino community but many have no interest in any politics. Many of them have low morale’s and see no end to the poverty. Although the gang heads are locked up and have been swept away by SWAT the main concern is poverty. I feel that i have helped out my community by including all my peers to register to vote and help meetings at my park which is an alley park and they helped me out and helped there folks to register as well. The ones that are undocumented also encouraged those to vote. I understand that the latino vote will determined this election. I enjoy the positive attitude of the JBC team and its mission. I wish we can have that movement here in the 818. I tell everyone I meet all my friends know about JBC and of course Dom K I put all of Sun Valley and Arleta on DOM K and all of JBC. Hope You all have a blast at the PARTY!
