Trey Songz Celebrates His Birthday By Dropping Double Mixtape ‘11.28’ [STREAM]

Mr. Steal Your Girl himself, Trey Songz celebrates his birthday by dropping a double mixtape entitled ‘11.28’ for his 34th birthday.

On the birthday tape, he enlists some of the game’s heavy hitters in Chris Brown, Tory Lanez, O.T. Genasis, Swae Lee, Rich The Kid, 2 Chainz and more. Both the ’11’ and ’28’ sides include recent single like “How Dat Sound” with 2 Chainz and Yo Gotti and new joint “Don’t Say Sh**t” with Chris Brown and Fabolous.

New Music: Jay Rock – “Sh*t Real” Feat. Tee Grizzley [LISTEN]

Top Dawg spitter Jay Rock dropped his critically-acclaimed ‘Redemption’ album back in June. Today he makes his return with a new banger called “Sh*t Real,” which he summons Tee Grizzley for. This track was teased a few months ago on Top Dawg’s Twitter.

New Music: Joey Bada$$ – “Know The Rules” Feat. CJ Flight & Kirk Knight [LISTEN]

There’s no way to count out New York hip-hop with Joey Bada$$ and his Pro Era movement on the scene. Today they rereleased the classic mixtape ‘PEEP The Apocalypse’ for its sixth anniversary on all streaming platforms.

The mixtape includes a new joint entitled “Know the Rules” featuring CJ Flight and Kirk Knight. This is just a lil something special they’ve given us to hold us over until the 2019 Pro Era album.

G Perico dropped a new single entitled “Love Letter” featuring Polyester The Saint. On the track G does what he usually does and that is represent that West Coast G- funk sound, this one however finds the rapper in a different light as he pours his hear out for the ladies over the Dupri production.

Drake’s “God’s Plan” Earns Diamond Certification [PEEP]

Drake is having one of his biggest years he’s ever had, even given all the success throughout his career. Unscathed from the Pusha T beef, Drizzy dropped his platinum ‘Scorpion’ double album back in Jun that contained one of his biggest singles to date in “God’s Plan.”

With that single Drizzy has joined the RIAA Diamond club, which means it has . Diamond has officially moved at least 10-million equivalent units, surpassing gold and platinum. “God’s Plan” is only the 23rd single in history to go Diamond and with it The 6 God joins artists like Eminem, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Black Eyed Peas, and more.

Earlier this year Drake was named as the RIAA’s top certified singles artist of all-time and he figures to only continue to add to that. Back when he dropped the video for “God’s Plan” he said it was the most important thing he’s ever done and this might be his biggest accomplishment to date.

Dreamville’s J.I.D Drops His Sophomore Album ‘DiCaprio 2’ [STREAM]

Channeling his inner Leonardo DiCaprio, Dreamville’s J.I.D unleashes his sophomore album, ‘DiCaprio 2’, which follows the original of the series that was released in 2015.

Over 14-tracks, the Atlanta rapper shows his growth as an artist and displays his brutal bars. The album includes recently-released singles like “Off Deez” featuring J. Cole and “Westbrook” featuring A$AP Ferg. Additional features come from Joey Bada$$, Method Man, 6lack, Ella Mai, BJ The Chicago Kid, and more.

This one follows J.I.D’s 2017 debut album ‘The Never Story’ that gained him a lot of attention and garnered many new fans.

Meek Mill Shares Two New Tracks Off His Upcoming ‘Championships’ Album [PEEP]

Meek Mill will be gearing up to release his highly-anticipated fourth studio album ‘CHAMPIONSHIPS’ next Friday, November 30th. Before doing that the Philly spitter gives fans a taste of what to expect by sharing two new singles off the upcoming album.

The first of the two singles is titled “Oodles O’ Noodles Babies,” where Meek paints a picture of his younger years growing up in Philly and some of those experiences over  an old-school sample. On the second single Meek recruits Fabolous and Anuel AA for the rhythmic, Spanish-inspired “Uptown Vibes.”
