Meek Mill To Perform On “Saturday Night Life” [PEEP]

Meek Mill has been everywhere since getting out of prison from your local radio stations to news publications to even CNN.

Continuing his redemption tour Meek is set to make his debut on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” as the musical guest on January 26th. Meek Milly has had one hell of a run with a critically-acclaimed album last year in ‘Championships’ that made plenty of people’s album of the year list.

Following his “SNL” performance, the Dream Chaser will hit the road on his 16-city “Motivation Tour” that kicks off on February 19th in Miami.

Meek Mill’s ‘Championships’ Album Debuts At No. 1 [PEEP]

With all the hype surrounding Meek Mill’s new album ‘Championships’ it’s not surprising to see that it has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with 229,000equivalent unites sold in its first week.

The album dropped November 30th is Meek’s second No. 1 album following 2015’s ‘Dreams Worth More Than Money’. The album was streamed over 235.4 million times in its first week making it the ninth most streamed album first week in 2018.

Lil Baby comes in second behind Meek with 88,000 equivalent units sold for his second solo release of 2018, ‘Street Gossip’ .

Meek’s ‘Championships’ album includes big time features from heavyweights like Drake, JAY Z, Rick Ross, Future, Fabolous, Cardi B, Young Thug, Kodak Black, 21 Savage, Ella Mai, Anuel AA, Roddy Ricch, and more.

Congratulations to Meek on the No. 1 which is definitely in the conversation for album of the year.

Jay-Z Shares A Playlist With His Favorite Songs Of 2018 [PEEP]

Anytime JAY Z compliments or shows love to any artist or song the world pay attention and it goes under the microscope. Last year many rappers shared their appreciation and celebrated landing on Hov’s end of the year playlst. Well, he’s “back up in this bitch like whoa” with his 2018 playlist.

Jigga shared his 2018 “Year End Picks” on his streaming platform, TIDAL. The playlist contains 21 of Jay’s favorite rap songs of 2018, where Drake receives two slots with ‘Scorpion’ cuts “That’s How You Feel” and “Emotionless.”

Other getting praise from the GOAT are Travis Scott with ‘SICKO MODE,” Nipsey Hussle with “Double Up,” Pusha T with “If You Know You Know,” and more. Jay made sure we don’t Michael and Prince him and Kanye as he included some Ye tracks. Meek Mill, Lil Wayne, Mozzy, Rich The Kid, and others also made the cut.

Meek Mill Unleashes His Long-Awaited Fourth Studio Album ‘Championships’ [STREAM]

Meek Mill is taking no more Ls and as he makes his bid for album of the year with the release of his long-awaited, triumphant new album ‘Championships’.

After sharing his ‘Wins & Losses’ on last year’s album, the Philly rapper is focused on solely winning from here on out. Joining him on his journey to win ‘Championships’ is an all-star, stacked lineup of Drake, JAY Z, Rick Ross, Future, Young Thug, Cardi B, 21 Savage, Ella Mai, Kodak Black, and more.

Ahead of the release of his ‘Championships’ album this Thursday night, Meek Mill stopped by #TheCruzShow on Power 106 to talk to J. Cruz and the team about a lot.

Amongst topics discussed in the Perrier® & Juice Studios, Meek talked about the album, his upcoming tour, ending his beef with Drake, Tekashi 6ix9ine’s current legal battles, prison reform, and a lot more in the insightful interview.

“I don’t know what he is going through, but I know what I was going through. I was going through hell on earth,” he said about 6ix9ine and his prison stint. “I always wanted to tell that kid, you give out a certain kind of energy, and this is the energy you’re getting back…this that gangsta sh*t now.”

Meek Mill Shares Two New Tracks Off His Upcoming ‘Championships’ Album [PEEP]

Meek Mill will be gearing up to release his highly-anticipated fourth studio album ‘CHAMPIONSHIPS’ next Friday, November 30th. Before doing that the Philly spitter gives fans a taste of what to expect by sharing two new singles off the upcoming album.

The first of the two singles is titled “Oodles O’ Noodles Babies,” where Meek paints a picture of his younger years growing up in Philly and some of those experiences over  an old-school sample. On the second single Meek recruits Fabolous and Anuel AA for the rhythmic, Spanish-inspired “Uptown Vibes.”

Tory Lanez Talks Upcoming ‘Love Me Now?’ Project, Drake & Meek Mill Rekindle & More [WATCH]

With his ‘Love Me Now?’ project on the way, Tory Lanez stopped by the Power 106 #LIFTOFF to discuss it with Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk.

New Video: T.I. – “JEFE” Feat. Meek Mill [WATCH]
