“Black is beautiful baby, black is bold, black is black, true, but black is gold,” he raps over the smooth sample. Wale caters to different black women with uplifting words providing hope, encouragement, motivation and appreciation.
The song follows “Groundhog Day” and “Folarin Like.” There is no telling where the three recently-released songs will land, but the MMG’s forthcoming album ‘S.H.I.N.E.’ is expected to drop early in 2017. All praise due.
