At BET’s SXSW Showcase at Austin’s Brazos Hall last night, T.I. surprised the crowd by bringing out fedora-wearing Skateboard P during his performance of “What You Know.” After performing The Kang had a few nice words to say about Pharrell, “Skateboard P, Imma tell y’all, that was the first real A-list producer that would fuck with me.” Sweet memories, T.I.
After the jump, Kendrick Lamar joined T.I. on stage and performed two singles off good kid, m.A.A.d city, “Backseat Freestyle” and “Swimming Pools (Drank).”

During Trinidad James performance at Reign Nightclub in the ATL, Trinidad brought out T.I. and Young Jeezy to perform “All Gold Everything” remix.
So what happens when Trinidad Jame$, T.I., Young Jeezy and 2 Chainz get together for the video for the “All Gold Everything” remix? The streets of ATL turn into gold. Expect to see a lot of crew shots (you know rappers don’t travel alone), voluptuous women and 2 Chainz’ embellished eyepatch. At least, it wasn’t a blinged out monocle.

Tip reflected upon the moves he’s made in 2012, what he has in store for 2013 and his thoughts on his Grand Hustle team: Iggy Azalea, Trae the Truth and B.o.B. Emilio also threw in the “I want to see you win on Oscar”-bit when he asked about his acting. T.I. responded with sincerity, “that’s ambitious but attainable.”
