Snoop Dogg & Hit-Boy Freestyle On Sway In The Morning (Video)

Snoop Dogg Lion and Hit-Boy did not run out of bars for this “Sway In The Morning” SXSW edition freestyle. Even when Hit stumbled a little, Snoop came in with the assist and kept the cypher going. That’s some West Coast teamwork right there.

Snoop Lion (Dogg) On Suge, Drake, Reggae & More (Video)

Snoop on Suge Knight:
“Time heels all wounds. And then being a bigger man. And being one who accepts responsibility, being right or wrong. I like saving lives, I don’t like taking lives. If that means putting my hand out saying I’m wrong, I apologize and be cool, I’ll do that. As opposed to me pulling a gun out…and me doing something vicious to you.”

Snoop on what Suge gave him:
“He gave me a voice to speak.”

Snoop on why he put Drake on the “No Guns Allowed” Record:
“I knew about that certain shooting incident in Toronto. I always love Drake. I love him for his writing. He delivers great party records. I wanted him to say something on this record. But I feel like something and address some things that needed to be said. And take the party out of it for a minute.”

Snoop on the “No Guns Allowed” message:
“Guns kill. Guns are good and bad. Good when they’re in the right hands, band when they’re in the wrong hands.”

Snoop Dogg and Suge Knight Reunite (News)

Suge Knight & Snoop Dogg Reunite

They’re not announcing an official business venture or anything of the sort but after years of beefing, West Coast players Snoop Dogg Lion and former CEO of Death Row Records Suge Knight played nice at party (Instagram never lies). Here’s what went down. According to TMZ, Snoop performed at AV Nightclub in L.A., Suge stopped by to watch and after the performance, he partied it up with former pal Snoop. We’re assuming the IG flick, with the caption “N d club wit Suge miss those death row days!,” was taken some time during the partying.

Whether or not this means all has been forgiven, it looks like a spiritually-englightened Snoop Lion doesn’t have the intention of continuing the hate. It’s all love, people.

50 Cent ft. Young Jeezy & Snoop Dogg – Major Distribution (Video)

50 Cent, along with his big-named buddies Young Jeezy and Snoop Dogg, star in Fiddy’s video for “Major Distribution.” The Eif Rivera-directed clip contains black leather, weapons glazed in gold and a poor piggy bank that gets smashed (it must have contained racks on racks). The three things that every rap video should consist of. It’s always fresh to see three different artists represent three different US regions and three different styles on one track. Be on the lookout for 50 Cent’s Street King Immortal, now due in Spring.

Sidenote: 50 Cents shuts down the G-Unit reunion with Game rumors. There’s no reunion.
