Bone Thugs-N-Harmony brought out a “hologram” Eazy-E for a virtual performance of “Real Muthaphuckkin G’s”, “Straight Outta Compton”, “Boyz N Tha Hood” & “Foe tha Love of $” during Rock The Bells 2013 at San Manuel Amphitheater.
We are so honored to mix the official Rock The Bells Mixtape, shout out to Guerilla Union, and Hip Hop DX.
Guerilla Union and HipHopDX have collaborated on a joint mixtape, The Official Rock the Bells Mixtape Volume II. The mixtape, mixed by the LA Leakers and powered by Gig-It, includes original freestyles by Freddie Gibbs and Hopsin.
The mixtape also features songs by various Rock the Bells performers. Solo artists on the tape include Talib Kweli (“Turnt Up”), Common (“Resurrection”), J. Cole (“Let Nas Down”) and Immortal Technique (“In the Trenches”). Collaborations include Dizzy Wright featuring SwizZz (“The Flavor”), Iamsu! featuring P-Lo (“Bitch I’m Me”), and Tech N9ne featuring Wrekonize, Snow Tha Product and Twisted Insane (“So Dope”). Groups are also added on the tape with selections by Flatbush Zombies (“Palm Trees”) and Dilated Peoples (“Worst Comes To Worst”).

Rock The Bells festival will be celebrating their 10 year anniversary! Wu-Tang, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Black Hippy, Kid Cudi, Hit-Boy, Hopsin, Common, a virtual ODB and Eazy-E and tons more.
The four-city concert will take place on Sept. 7-8 in San Bernardino, Calif., and Sept. 14-15 in Mountain View, Calif. It will also travel to the East Coast, playing Washington, D.C., on Sept. 28-29 and Rutherford, N.J., on Oct. 4-5.

I had to miss RTB this year but thank God for the internet and video cameras. Here’s Childish Gambino (also known as Donald Glover) rockin’ the stage at this year’s Rock The Bells. “Freaks and Geeks” will forever be a favorite. I need to catch one of his performances ASAP.
