After announcing the release date of his mixtape on his website, Childish Gambino hung out with Sway on Shade 45, revealed the title of the mixtape and played a brand new track on the satellite radio waves. I’m not one to compare rappers but “One Up” strongly reminds me of something I’d hear from A$AP Rocky. Either way, I rock with it. Royalty drops July 4th.

Yesterday, Hot 97 premiered a new electro-feel track, “Heartbeat,” off Childish Gambino‘s upcoming album, Camp. Yesterday, Childish Gambino also performed at a Pitchfork festival and revealed another song off Camp. This one’s called “Backpackers.” Camp drops November 15th.

Haha at Sway confusing Dev for Devi Dev. Is there a hidden singing career we don’t know of Devi? DJ Whoo Kid and Sway premiered another song on Shade 45 a few minutes ago. This time it’s singer Dev‘s track titled “Kiss My Lips” featuring Fabolous. R-Rated lips and radio rip for now.
