MadeinTYO Releases Debut Album ‘Sincerely, Tokyo’ [STREAM]

Atlanta’s MadeinTYO has scratched the surface of success with his “Uber Everywhere” single. He’s ready to level up to the next tier of success and it begins with the release his debut album entitled ‘Sincerely Tokyo’.

The freshman effort includes 14-tracks and features from Tinashe, Gunna, 24hrs, Roy Woods, and Blood Orange. It also comes equipped with the A$AP Ferg-assisted single “Ned Flanders.”

Ventura County’s very own, KYLE just dropped his new single entitled “SuperDuperKyle” featuring MadeinTYO. On the song KYLE and TYO exchange bars over the electric production.

“This the only game when I play, I don’t lose (yeah) / They be fabricatin’, baby I already knew that (whoo) / I been gettin’ hundreds since before them shits was blue (yeah),” raps KYLE.

Carnage Drops New Single “Learn How To Watch” Feat. Mac Miller & MadeinTYO + Vid [PEEP]

The crossover of hip-hop and EDM has really taken off the past couple years and DJ Carnage has definitely been one of the reasons for it. Last year he released joint projects with G-Eazy and Young Thug. The trend seems to be continuing as he drops his new crossover single, “Learn How to Watch” featuring Mac Miller and MadeinTYO.

Along with the single release, Carnage shared the Cole Bennett-directed accompanying visuals.

KYLE Frees Three New Singles Feat. Miguel, Ty Dolla $ign & MadeinTYO [LISTEN]

Ventura rapper, KYLE, must be getting ready to release an album. After making a name for himself with his chart-topping single, “iSpy” featuring Lil Yachty, KYLE appears ready to follow the success with more by dropping three new tracks today.

On the first single “Sunshine,” KYLE links up with R&B crooner, Miguel. While KYLE freely flows on the track, Miguel puts his touch on it with an infectious chorus where he sings, “I want to bathe in your light / All day, all night.”

From there KYLE mixes with Ty Dolla $ign on the vibey, upbeat single, “Off Of It.” This single has the makings of a chart-topper that is surely to garner a substantial amount of play on not only Urban stations, but Top 40 as well.

MadeinTYO Warms Up Forthcoming Album With ‘True’s World’ EP [STREAM]

Since the birth of his first son, True, MadeinTYO has mellowed out a bit, but has only came harder on the music end. Paying homage to his newborn son and heir to the throne, the Private Club rapper drops his ‘True’s World’ EP.

Over six songs, TYO shows his maturity and development as an artist. The EP contains the lead single “Cashin’ Out,” where he calls out haters and namesayers.

TYO has already came out and said the ‘True’s World’ is a warm-up to his debut album. The mixtape includes no features, while production is handled by FKi 1st, DWN2EARTH, Nard & B, Yada Yada & Di$ney, and Tokyo himself.

MadeinTYO Announces Final Project & Drops New Single “Cashin Out” [PEEP]

Surprising fans, MadeinTYO announced what he said will be his final project, ‘True’s World’. It’s really a stunning call for many as TYO has just began to reach his prime after a few successful singles, touring with Big Sean, and his Private Club Record label taking off.

“True’s World is my last project,” TYO told XXL. “Thank you for all the support.”

It’s unclear why MadeinTYO is ending his successful music career, but surely there is a good reason for it.

Along with the announcement TYO dropped his new single “Cashin Out,” where he declares he’s tired of a lot of shit rapping, “Tired of comparisons / Young ni**a, so embarrassing / Fuck up her hair again / My shorty bad, yeah, she arrogant.”

XXL Drops MadeinTYO, Playboi Carti, XXXtentaction & Ugly God’s Freshman Cypher [WATCH]

With Sonny Digital on the track, MadeinTYO, Playboi Carti, XXXtentaction, and Ugly God show off the skills that made them worthy of earning their spot on this year’s XXL Freshman cover. The four rappers rap their asses off in their Freshman Cypher.

Carti leads things off spitting gang-related bars, before MadeinTYO gets off with quick-striking lines. Ugly God then steps forward with raps about his fashion and his bitch. XXXtentaction closes things out with an a’capella flow similar to his Freshman Freestyle.

Monday XXL dropped A Boogie, Aminé, and KYLE’s cypher. Later this week they will drop the final cypher which will include Kap G, Kamaiyah, and PnB Rock.

MadeinTYO To Embark On The “Made In Tokyo Tour” [PEEP]

Earlier this year MadeinTYO got a taste of touring on Big Sean’s “I Decided Tour.” TYO apparently loved the tour life and will be embarking on his “Made In Tokyo Tour” with his brother 24hrs and Private Club Records lead producer, K Swisha.

Headlining his first tour, TYO will hit 28 cities beginning with Madison on September 27th and wrapping up at The Showbox in Seattle, Washington on November 5th.

Last week XXL dropped half of this year’s Freshman Freestyles. Today they kicked off the second half of the freestyles by sharing MadeinTYO’s freestyle, following A Boogie’s, Ugly God’s, Playboi Carti’s, PnB Rock’s, and KYLE’s.

This week we should get freestyles from Kamaiyah, Animé, XXXtentaction, and Kap G.

New Music: MadeinTYO – “Picture Me Rollin” [LISTEN]

On the week of 2-Pac’s birthday, MadeinTYO drops a Pac-inspired track called “Picture Me Rollin” produced by Sonny Digital.

Tokyo who is also celebrating being named one of the 10 2017 XXL Freshman Class members has apparently been in the studio working with Metro Boomin. The Private Club rapper posted a picture on Twitter alluding to a collaboration on the way.

It’s been a busy week for G-Eazy. Besides celebrating his 28th birthday, the Bay Area rapper released five new singles this week. Today he returns with the visuals for the new single “Shake It Up” featuring E-40, MadeinTYO, and 24hrs.

Young Gerald, 40, 2four, and TYO all hit a neon-LIT strip club in the video, where strippers twerk upside down and sideways as things get shaken up. With asses wiggling all kinds of ways, the collaborators vibe out with money all over the floor.

G-Eazy continues to add hype to his forthcoming third album with new music. Monday he released the 9th Wonder-produced single “Maximum” and yesterday he toasted to his 28th Birthday with three additional new songs.

Today, Eazy is back and shaking things up on his new single “Shake It Up” featuring fellow Bay Aerian E-40, MadeinTYO, and 24hrs. On the new single G takes subliminal shots at undisclosed artists rapping, “You out here doing the same sh*t again & again & again, I’m surprised we ain’t sick of you yet.”

With all the new music he’s released this week he easily could’ve dropped an EP. It’s unclear where this single will land but it is definitely a nice addition to the music he has already released this week.
