New Music: Kehlani – “Again” [LISTEN]

Led by a guitar-laden instrumental that was produced by Geoffro Cause, Kehlani dishes off some poetic lyrics for her love interest that includes some symbolic metaphors.

“There was the blood from your heart on my hands again / I swore I washed it off in the waves / I wish I was sorry, damn, I wish I was sorry / That I don’t know how to stay away,” she sings.

According to Lani the track is unmixed, but she released it anyway because she was overly-excited about it and needed to share it with her friends. “Unmixed just like I like it. Imperfect and honest. 11:11. Here’s how I’m feeling… AGAIN,” she wrote in a Instagram caption.

Next up Kehlani will be embarking on a tour with DJ Khaled and Demi Lovato beginning February 26th. In the meantime she will continue to work on her next album and the follow-up to last year’s ‘SweetSexySavage’.

New Video: Kehlani – “Honey” [WATCH]

Buzzing off the success of her single “Honey,” Kehlani shared the visuals. Recorded in a “special place” according to a statement she made, the Bay Area songstress hangs with bumblebees in the soothing, nature-inspired video.

Directed by David Camarena, the video shows Kehlani in a intimate setting. The video includes vintage, grainy filters.

An album must be on the horizon for Kehlani, who continues to release music. After previously dropping “Honey” and “Touch,” the Bay Area songstress strikes again with her newest triumphant single, “Already Won.”

Over the thumping production Kehlani sings and raps about her accolades and victories saying she “already won” and continuing with, “I got the keys to my hood / Mama say she’s good / Doing what I should.”

Kehlani Drops New Single “Touch” With Visuals [PEEP]

Kehlani must be getting ready to announce an album or drop a project. After giving fans “Honey,” she comes back with “Touch,” which is accompanied with a creepy video directed by award-winning director, Fleur Fortuné.

The ghoulish visuals are filled with costumes and follows a man and woman, who meet at a Halloween carnival. “Touch” the single and the video are a part of Budweiser’s global campaign that spreads the spirit of Halloween across 17 countries.

If you’re a Kehlani fan, you should be rejoicing with the Bay Area songstress dropping her new single, “Honey.”

The sweet surprise is led by an acoustic guitar bed, which she delivers harmonizing lyrics about her imperfections like being a “beautiful mess” and “colorful mess.” Kehlani then proceeds to specify how she likes her girls and money.

“I like my girls like I like my honey, sweet, a little selfish,” she sings. “I like my women like I like my money, green, a little jealous.”

Justin Bieber Nabs Vic Mensa, Migos & Kehlani For “Purpose” Stadium Tour [PEEP]

Biebervelli is doing it for the culture on his upcoming “Purpose” Stadium Tour. Having already killed it on his original “Purpose Tour,” the Biebs is packing some more action for the next phase of the “Purpose Tour.” By calling on Vic Mensa, Migos, Kehlani, and Martin Garrix to accompany him on the trek, Bieber is adding some punch to his lineup that recently included Post Malone.

Global EDM DJ, Marin Garrix and Kehlani will open on two dates, Migos will hop on for five dates. Vic Mensa, who is getting ready to drop his debut ‘The Autobiography’ album will use the opportunity as extra promotion by hitting all nine dates of the North American stadium tour.

Having originally begun the “Purpose World Tour” in March 2016, Bieber has sold out 64 North American dates and 52 shows overseas.With Europe, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand in the books, Biebs will add another dimension to his potential final phase of the “Purpose World Tour.”

“I’m excited to kick off the U.S. stadium leg of this tour with the support of T-Mobile,” said Bieber in an official statement. “I’m looking forward to bringing an amazing show to the fans, bigger and better than ever.”

Fellow Bay Area partners, G-Eazy and Kehlani team up for “Good Life” off the action-packed ‘Fate of the Furious’ soundtrack.

G and Lani both make a toast to overcoming obstacles and struggles in life in order to live the “Good Life” worry-free. “Go hit the Bentley store / No credit card debts no more / I bought the crib, it’s in escrow now / You don’t ever have to worry about how / You gon’ pay rent no more,” raps G.

New Music: Kehlani – “Undercover” [LISTEN]

Kehlani’s debut album, ‘SweetSexySavage’, may have taken over a year to complete, but the Bay Area songstress is showing it’s near completion by releasing new music off the project.

On the new track which samples Akon’s “Don’t Matter,” Lani Tsunami sings about a forbidden love that “they” don’t want to see, but she’s committed to make a reality.

Lani spoke to Zane Lowe on Beats1 about her delay and the process behind making her somewhat delayed album.

“I was making the album for like a year-and-a-half,” she told Zane Lowe. “It was so annoying. We’d have a date and then we’d make something else and it’s like, ‘This is cool. Let’s do more of this.’ Then we’d make something else and I’d meet another producer I was obsessed with and we’d vibe. It kept getting pushed back.”

‘SweetSexySavage’ is set to be released January 27th. The album will include “Undercover” along with “CRZY,” “Advice,” and “Distraction,” which have all added hype to the long-awaited album. Listen to “Undercover” below.

Kehlani Announces “SweetSexySavage World Tour” [PEEP]

To promote her upcoming, debut album, Kehlani will be hitting the road for her “SweetSexySavage World Tour.”

The world your will kick off in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on February 21st and make her way throughout the states, Europe, and end it in Los Angeles, California on June 18th. She will be joined by DJ Mustard’s artist Ella Mai, Toronto sensation Jahkoy, and her DJ, Noodles.

Kehlani went on Twitter to announce the “SSS World Tour” and also said more dates are expected to be added.
