Kehlani has kept busy even while pregnant dropping singles and her latest mixtape ‘While We Wait’. Today she slides through with the visuals for “Butterfly” and just like the caterpillar she’s evolved showing off her beautiful pregnant body to close the video out.
As she continues to work on her next album and follow-up to 2017’s ‘SweetSexySavage’, Kehlani shows her fans some love by dropping a new mixtape,‘While We Wait’.
The mixtape includes a total of 9-tracks and guest appearances from Ty Dolla $ign on “Nights Like This,” Dom Kennedy on “Nunya,” 6lack on “RPG,” and Musiq Soulchild on “Footsteps.” Lani recorded this mixtape while she’s pregnant with her daughter Adeya Nomi, who is due next month.
Just one day ago Kehlani released her new Hit-Boy-produced single “Nunya” featuring the homie Dom Kennedy. Working rapidly, the songstress shares the visuals for the single, which finds the trio in the snowy mountains of Big Bear, rocking ski gear and rocking at a house party.
“Nunya” will be on Lani’s upcoming project ‘While We Wait’ which drops this Friday.

Back in May KYLE dropped his debut album, ‘Light of Mine’, which was powered by the Kehlani-assisted single “Playinwitme.” The single was followed by the playful music video and today he gives the track more life by releasing the official remix featuring Logic.
Hitting the indoor stage, SuperDuper KYLE and Kehlani got playful on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” with a late night performance of their smasher “Playinwitme.” KYLE recreated scenes from the music video during the performance, while Lani made her entrance from the back of a arcade machine.
“Playinwitme” is featured on KYLE’s recently-released ‘Light of Mine’ album, which also includes guest appearances from 2 Chainz, Khalid, Alessia Cara, and more.
Back in April NorCal queens, Saweetie and Kehlani connected for the “ICY GRL (BaeMix)” and almost instantly fans demanded a video for the buzzing remix. With much anticipation Saweetie comes through with a video for the remix.
Taking a trip back in time, KYLE and Kehlani face off on a dating game show called “Playin Wit Me,” which is a spoof on “The Dating Game.” Directed by Colin Tiley, the hilarious video for “Playinwitme” has KYLE and Baelani going up against another couple.
The game show is designed to look like an ’80s program and includes several funny competitions like a “Dance Off,” “Q&A,” and a game called “Surf’s Up.” KYLE plays the role of contestant Chad, while ‘Lani plays his girlfriend.
It’s a NorCal connection on Saweetie’s “ICY GRL (BaeMix),” where Bay Area queen Kehlani makes an appearances and blesses the already buzzing track with dope rap verse.
Kehlani kicks off the track with bars about her loyalty, wealth, influence, and mentions hip-hop legends rapping, Can’t stop, ain’t stop, too hot / Came out like the daughter of Aaliyah and 2Pac.”
Saweetie meanwhile drops a new verse where she boasts about her academic achievements and attending USC rapping, “I went to USC and got my college degree / That means I’m smarter than these n***as, can’t get over on me.”
Ventura’s very own, KYLE made some noise a few weeks ago with his first release of the year in “To the Moon.” Looking to begin his album rollout and campaign he returns with another single called “Playinwitme” featuring Kehlani.
