First of all, forgive me for that ray of light that beamed down the middle of the footage. I couldn’t get rid of it.

John West headlined at the Key Club Friday night and made me smile the whole time. Besides having a smooth voice and live band on stage, recording artist Mr. West playfully interacted with the crowd. It was my first time watching him perform after hearing his single, “Lovely” featuring Pusha T, and I think I came down with John West fever. Check out the crooner perform “Lovely” and “Butterflies.”

John West is definitely a guy you are going to want to get familiar with, if you’re not already. As one of Mercury/Def Jam’s newest signees, he is definitely showing himself to be one to watch.
