G-Eazy and DJ Carnage show their bond on their collaborative ‘Step Brothers’ EP.

The duo released a video for the lead single “Guala” earlier this week, where Carnage laid some vocals down as Thirty Rack. Along with Guala the 4-track EP includes features from 24Hrs on “Down For Me” and Smokepurpp on “Buddah”.

G explained the project was an easy and fun experience that the two knocked out in “two nights.” He went on to say, “We’ve literally known each other forever and we both worked our asses off for years to come up and make it to this point. We’ve both always had that same level of ambition, even when we were unknown. That’s my brother for life so we’ll probably keep working together for the rest of our careers.”

G-Eazy talked to Complex about the idea behind the video and its funny nature saying, “We wanted it to be sticky but not cheesy…Plus we didn’t have to do any special effects to Carnage’s head since it’s that size in real life.”

Their ‘Step Brother’ EP is set to be released March 31st and will include features from 24Hrs and SmokePurpp. In the mean time watch the funny video below.
