With all the hype surrounding Meek Mill’s new album ‘Championships’ it’s not surprising to see that it has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with 229,000equivalent unites sold in its first week.
The album dropped November 30th is Meek’s second No. 1 album following 2015’s ‘Dreams Worth More Than Money’. The album was streamed over 235.4 million times in its first week making it the ninth most streamed album first week in 2018.
Lil Baby comes in second behind Meek with 88,000 equivalent units sold for his second solo release of 2018, ‘Street Gossip’ .
Meek’s ‘Championships’ album includes big time features from heavyweights like Drake, JAY Z, Rick Ross, Future, Fabolous, Cardi B, Young Thug, Kodak Black, 21 Savage, Ella Mai, Anuel AA, Roddy Ricch, and more.
