Eminem – Berzerk

Damn! Is Marshall really back? When I saw the commercial during the VMA’s I instantly got hype, the fan in me thought to myself…”Damn, did Kendrick even wake Em up??”

This new song from Em is hot! Good to hear him rapping like his old self again. Blessed with the musical genius production of the one and only Rick Rubin this song has the recipe to really pop. Interested to know what you think of this song. Comment below, I would love to know what you think! MMLP2, out Nov. 5!!

Big Sean – Nothing Is Stopping You

Nothing is stopping you! The title says so much! Love how Sean breaks it down in this song. Sean’s new album “Hall Of Fame” is in stores today. There’s a ton of great songs on the album but this one really stood out to me. I love the part of the song where Sean talks about taking the time to listen to a fan rap right in front of him, I thought it was so real how Sean said sometimes when you have no time you have to make them do a good thing. Sean then went on to say he listen to his song and if it was good he would e-mail him. How real is that? That’s all any kid with a dream could ask for. Sean represents creativity, inspiration, motivation, and so much more, these are some of the same goals I have. I want to influence & inspire one day like Sean and so many others do, that’s why I really like this song. Check it out for yourself and let me know what you think below.

Rico Love – They Don’t Know

I’ve always been a really big fan of Rico’s production and song writing, really happy to see him doing his thing. I loved this song the minute I heard it and the video makes it even better. I feel like we all can relate to being in the same room as someone we have a vibe with and no one knows. The thrill right? Just the two of you know and it’s only between the two of you. Take a listen, the song takes a crazy turn around the 2:32 point. Rico’s new EP, Discrete Luxury, which drops today.

Also these new Jordan 5 Fears dropped this weekend, so if you got them you’re lucky!

Big Sean On The #LIFTOFF w/ J Cruz & Justin Credible Pt.1 (Video)

Big Sean sat down with J Cruz and myself on the #LIFTOFF,  and talked new album Hall Of Fame “This one definitely deals on topics that I’ve never touched on, things that people are going to be able to relate to going through some real ass things man.” on “Control”, and why he choose Hall Of Fame as the title for his album.

Jay Electronica Speaks On “Control” Feature (News)

Jay-Electronica

I like the song and the stir it’s causing. It’s good for rap music. A month or two ago, Big Sean asked me to be on this record with him for his album. He had a demo hook on it at the time. I did my verse and sent it back. I found out a couple days before it was released that Kendrick had put a verse on it.

Big Sean On Kendrick Lamar’s “Control” Verse (Video)

VIBE Caught up with Big Sean and discussed Kendrick Lamar’s controversial verse in his new song “Control.”

“I ain’t no hoe ass nigga like that to hear a verse like that and be like ‘I gotta go back and [rewrite] my shit, I gotta go protect myself.’ Nah, it is what it is. I’m a good ass rapper. I just want people to remember I had the song. I knew what it was. No, I didn’t change my verse because I’m not a hoe ass nigga. I’m a real ass nigga from Detroit. I rep for everything that I do. I knew what it was going to do for hip-hop. I knew what it was going to do for the culture. This is the most exciting rap song to drop this year this year. Period. “
