Amine Drops Two New Songs [LISTEN]

Aminé has shown and proved since his breakout smash “Caroline” that he’s one of the game’s most talented, slept-on artists. Today he made his first two releases of 2018 in the form of a remix to Tierra Whack’s “Hungry Hippo” and Unknown Mortal Orchestra’s “Hunnybee.”

New Music: Aminé – “Reel It In (Remix)” Feat. Gucci Mane [LISTEN]

Aminé enlists Gucci Mane to bring out new energy on the remix of his “Reel It In” single that was on his last album, ‘OnePointFive’, which dropped back in August. Aminé Drops His New Project ‘OnePointFive’ [STREAM]

Last July Oregon rapper Aminé dropped his debut project, ‘Good For You’. He’s been relatively quiet for most of this year but today he strikes with his surprise project, ‘OnePointFive’.

Containing a total of 13-tracks, ‘OnePointFive’ includes features from G Herbo on “DAPPERDAN,” Gunna on “HICCUP,” and Rico Nasty on “SUGARPARENTS.” Production is handled by a combination of Aminé himself, Charlie Brown, Tee Watt, LDBG Beats, amongst others.

Aminé Torches A Classic Clipse Instrumental On #Freestyle039 [WATCH]

Although he’s became a mainstream, coveted act and known for his infectious hooks and melodic flow, don’t get it twisted, Aminé also has bars. The Portland rapper pulled up on Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk on the Power 106 #LIFTOFF to display his lyrical abilities.

Going over the Clipse’s “Momma I’m So Sorry” instrumental, Aminé spits a smooth freestyle about topics like Donald Trump, homophobia, eating Tide Pods, being called Pop, how his “Pop” records include trap drums, and more.

Amine Delivers Freshman Album ‘Good For You’ [STREAM]

It’s already been a pretty successful year for Washington’s Aminé, who was named a member of the 2017 XXL Freshman class back in June. Looking to keep his winning streak alive, Aminé delivers his debut album, ‘Good For You’.

A solid listing of 15-tracks is made up of features from Ty Dolla $ign on “Veggies,” Nelly on “Yellow,” Offset on “Wedding Crashers,” Kehlani on “Heebiejeebies,” and Charlie Wilson on “Dakota.”

“I don’t really think much of any songs I put out,”modestly said Aminé. “I mean, I think they’re good, that’s why I’m putting them out, but like, I don’t ever try to expect anything. Even with ‘Caroline’ or ‘REDMERCEDES,’ I just kind of put them out and people gravitate towards them. I guess that’s pretty cool and it’s a blessing.”

Aminé Performs “Wedding Crashers” With Offset On “Late Night” [WATCH]

Washington rapper, Aminé crashed “Late Night with Seth Meyers” along with Offset to perform their new collaborative single “Wedding Crashers.” Wearing a powder blue tuxedo and joined by a doo-wop group and band, the 2017 XXL Freshman turned the stage into a wedding setting.

This Friday Aminé will drop  his debut album ‘Good For You’. The album will include “Wedding Crashers” and additional features from Nelly, Ty Dolla $ign, Kehlani, and Charlie Wilson.

New Music: Amine – “Wedding Crashers” Feat. Offset [LISTEN]

Acting as the new age “Wedding Crashers,” Amine and Offset replace Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson on their new collaboration off Amine’s forthcoming ‘Good For You’ album.

On the track both Amine and Offset rap about past relationship and reflect to try to make sense of what happened. The combination of both artists may seem weird on paper, but upon pressing play you can hear why it’s album material.

Amine will drop his debut ‘Good For You’ album next Friday, before beginning his headlining “Tour For You” October 6th in Seattle.

A Boogie, Aminé & KYLE Rap Over Sonny Digital Beat On XXL Freshman Cypher [WATCH]

Now that the XXL Freshman Freestyles are over, it’s time to unlock the Freshman Cypher. XXL kicks off the 2017 Freshman Cypher series with a combination of A Boogie With Da Hoodie, Aminé, and SuperDuper KYLE.

The trio gets off on the cypher over a Sonny Digital-produced instrumental. In my opinion XXL does a good job blending this trio as their styles mesh the right way.

Up-and-coming Portland, Oregon MC, Amine follows up his double platinum “Caroline” single with “Heebiejeebies”. On the new track Amine collaborates with his rumored girlfriend, Kehlani.

Repping the 503, Amine spits bars about having the “baddest bitch,” while Kehlani verifies his claims by saying she “ain’t no average bitch”.
