Chris Brown made worldwide headlines this morning when he was arrested in Paris, France on suspected rape charges.
The R&B sensation and his two bodyguards who are not currently identified were arrested on Tuesday with accusations of rape and drug violations. The alleged charges occurred January 15th and reports have surfaced that the alleged victim waited two days to report the alleged incident to proper authorities.
Although, no charges were formally filed against Chris Brown the investigation is currently ongoing. Breezy fired back issuing a statement on his Instagram in all caps saying, “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR ……. THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVEEEEEEERRRR!!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!!”.
Chris Brown’s lawyer made a statement saying his client “vigorously protests his innocence” and has directed Breezy to file a complaint due to the slander of which he has unfairly been the subject of. The woman who filed the complaint against Chris Brown told the authorities that Chris and his friends met her at a club before going to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in central Paris.
As of now charges have been dropped and Chris Brown has been freed and released from jail. Stay tuned for more information as it is made available.
