The Weeknd has announced his new tour “The Madness”, and joining him will be Travi$ Scott and singer Banks! The tour kicks off on off on November 3 in Toronto. Other stops include Chicago, New York City, Brooklyn, Montreal, Vancouver, Los Angeles, and Houston, wrapping up on December 19 in Miami.
