Video: Pharrell Joins Odd Future On Stage At Coachella 2011 (Best Footage I’ve Seen)

There were rumors that Odd Future didn’t allow photographers or live streaming during their set at Coachella but looks like the rumors were wrong. Skee/Karmaloop TV was on stage recording Pharrell’s surprise appearance on the large stage. The N.E.R.D. frontman performed a remix of “Inside The Clouds ” with OFWGKTA’s frontman Tyler, The Creator.

I guess Tyler could check that one off his bucket list.

Video: Odd Future On MTV News’ The New West

The New West week continues with MTV News profiling L.A.’s most buzzed about rap collective Odd Future.

While the last few months may have seemed like a whirlwind, the group isn’t an overnight-success story. Tyler, the Creator, Domo Genesis, Hodgy Beats, Left Brain and the rest of the gang have been making noise for quite some time. They’ve released more than 10 albums over the last two years and made significant waves underground and on the Internet, building a substantial, loyal following thanks to their attention to lyrical detail and “I don’t give a f—” attitude.

Check out the video because it’s a nice introduction to the group and then check out the hilarious Funny Or Die skit after the jump (click on the title). I can imagine that’s exactly how their business meetings go.

Video: Odd Future Live At Coachella 2011

So Glenjamn hitched a ride backstage at the Odd Future set at Coachella and documented the ride. There’s a clip of Pharrell hanging out backstage, who joined Tyler, The Creator on stage but I’m still waiting on that footage. The reason I’m posting this video is if you fast forward to the 1:55 mark, you will see the massive amount of people that this group is performing in front of. Can you just imagine it being your first time performing at a festival like Coachella? Amazing.

Video: Tyler, The Creator – Drone Interview

Check out Tyler, The Creator in this interview with The Drone. Where he discusses being true to himself, what he thinks about people who critique his lyrics, and everything he’s trying to achieve. It’s really a dope piece.

“Greatness to me is finally getting my video on mTV, its on there now and I’m fucking, I’m happy… I finally got my shit on fuckin’ mTV. Some people might think that’s selling out or whatever, but I don’t really give a fuck…. That’s fucking great to me, I’m proud of myself. I’ve been wanting that since I was seven years-old, and I finally got that shit. And hard work pays the fuck off.”

Video: Tyler, The Creator – Yonkers (LIVE @ The Glass House)

I’ve been waiting on footage to arrive from Odd Future’s April Fool’s show in Pomona, CA. Here’s a video of Tyler, The Creator performing “Yonkers” in front of a full house. Do you see the security fighting off the kids in the front of the mob? Man, I missed out. If you were at this show, send your footage my way!

Audio: B.o.B – No Future

B.o.B went in! Whether it’s an Odd Future diss or not, this is the B.o.B I like to hear. Hungry!

So if you’re even wondering why it could be an Odd Future diss, well Tyler, The Creator had a line in his song “Yonkers” that went something like this: “(What you think of Hayley Williams?) Fuck her, Wolf Haley robbin’ ’em / I’ll crash that fuckin’ airplane that that faggot nigga B.o.B is in / And stab Bruno Mars in his goddamn esophagus / And won’t stop until the cops come in.” True Tyler fashion.

Whoa. I Don’t Think The ‘No Future’ Song Is Even A Diss. But, Ive Never Heard Him Spit Like That. Took Me By Surprise, Cus Its Tightless than a minute ago via web

I don’t feel like I was dissed, I actually laughed when I heard the line.less than a minute ago via Echofon
