OVO is living up to its name with all the new music it’s pumping out in October. Meanwhile OVO signee Baka Not Nice continues to heat up and turns October into Baktober with his new single “I Am Who I Am.”

This one follows Baka’s first-ever single “Live Up to My Name,” which is going off everywhere. Baka might have to change his name from Not Nice to Too Nice with the kind of sound he’s bringing.

Majid Jordan Uncovers Track List For Upcoming ‘The Space Between’ Album [PEEP]

Continuing their full-fledged musical output in October, OVO will make their second release in as many weeks with the release of Majid Jordan’s ‘The Space Between’ album, dropping this Friday. Ahead of the release the duo uncovers the album’s track listing.

Set to contain 13-tracks, ‘The Space Between’, will include the PARTYNEXTDOOR-assisted “One I Want,” as well as “Phases,” “Gave Your Love Away,” and “My Imagination” featuring dvsn. Production is expected to be handled mostly by OVO producers.

For the group comprised of Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman, this will be their second studio album and a follow-up to last year’s self-titled debut. The album will be released Friday, October 27th.

A Boogie Performs “Drowning (Water)” On MTV’s TRL [WATCH]

Hometown New York hero, A Boogie, took over the TRL stage to perform his ‘The Bigger Artist’ single “Drowning (Water).”

Co-produced by Florida’s Jaahan Sweet and Quasi, the single has been a sensation and clear standout from other joints on the debut album.

A Boogie will begin his headlining tour on October 19th in Santa Ana, California.

Wiz Khalifa Announces Upcoming Mixtape & Reveals Release Date [PEEP]

Usually when fans ask artists about upcoming projects or music on social media, artists plead the fifth. Wiz Khalifa fielded some questions on Twitter over the weekend and in the process revealed his upcoming mixtape ‘Laugh Now, Fly Later’ along with the release date.

Wiz disclosed the name and proceeded to answer someone else’s question of when then tape will be released with “November 10th.” The tape will arrive ahead of his sixth studio album and follows his 2014 album, ‘Blacc Hollywood’.

The mixtape will also be the third this year, after releasing ‘Pre-Rolleds’ and ‘Bong Rips’. There’s also been a lot of photos of Wiz in the studio working on stuff most recently with Travis Scott, who was in the studio cooking with Wiz over the weekend.

24hrs Releases Two New Singles With T-Pain [PEEP]

If you’ve listened to 24hrs closely, it’s quite apparent that he draws inspiration from T-Pain. The Private Club singer calls on T-Pain to remix his Hit-Boy-produced single “What You Like,” and also drops a new single featuring Pain called “Go Up Go Down.”

The duets follow 24hrs release of the club-banging “What You Like” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Wiz Khalifa, which has also been going off on radio stations.

DVSN Premiere Three New Remixes On OVOSOUNDRADIO [PEEP]

To celebrate the release of their ‘Morning After’ album, the OVO duo known as dvsn, unleash three new remixes on this past weekend’s OVOSOUNDRADIO on Beats1.

The duo comprised of Daniel Daley and Ninteen85 remixed SZA’s “The Weekend,” where Daley slightly alters the words and offers a different perspective on the single singing, “She’s been working nights on the weekend, always picking fights on the weekend / Beefing every Friday, when I think about it, she might have somebody on the weekend.”

Along with remixing SZA’s hit, dvsn also put their touch on BloodPop and Justin Bieber’s “Friends” and called on OVO labelmate, Roy Woods to remix their ‘Morning After’ single “Don’t Choose.”

dvsn’s ‘Morning After’ album was released this past Friday the 13th and follows last year’s debut album, ‘Sept. 5th’.
