New Music: Rexx Life Raj – “Radio” [LISTEN]

rexx-life-raj-radio-video

Rexx Life Raj has quickly became one of the emerging, young artists out of the Bay Area. His music speaks to people and his mixture of singing and rapping makes him a versatile talent to be reckoned with. Personally I’m cheering for this dude and I know he’s gonna have a successful music career.

On his new single “Radio,” which he released with an accompanying video, Raj pokes fun at the pressure artists face when creating music. Freely flowing, Raj talks about not needing radio to blow up singing, “This might not make it to radio but up, up, and away we go.”

The video includes a lot of behind-the-scenes footage of him moving around from LA to the Bay. In between he links up with P-Lo, Freddie Gibbs, Mozzy, Mario, Mr. Carmack, and Russ.
