Lil Wayne wasn’t happy with the end result of the interview with ABC News’ Nightline which urged his team to send multiple emails to ABC News asking not to air the interview. ABC News never responded to those emails.
An apology was made by Tunechi since the interview with the shocking Black Lives Matter comment made by the rapper aired and he offered an explanation for his reaction to the question. He explained, “the reporter began asking me questions about my daughter being labeled a b*tch and a hoe, I got agitated.”
Reportedly, Wayne felt there was a line that was crossed during the interview when he got asked questions that weren’t approved.
Rihanna’s FENTY PUMA collaboration seems to be a huge success. This year, Footwear News will honor the singer with the 2016 Shoe of the Year for her Creeper sneakers. The event will take place at IAC Headquarter in New York City, on November 29.
Rihanna is more than excited to win this reward. “In my wildest dreams, I never would have imagined an honor like ‘Shoe of the Year,” said the artist. “It means so much to me to make a mark like this in the shoe and sneaker industry and to have so many people share my love for the Creeper.”
Shoe of the Year is based on “retail sales, consumer feedback, social media prowess and overall buzz.” Last year, Kanye West managed to achieve the award with his Yeezy Boost 350.
After dropping his first #1 album and covering PAPER Magazine, the rapper becomes the new face of Yves Saint Laurent’s Spring 2017 collection.
Saint Laurent released a short clip, #YSL03 by Anthony Vaccarello, featuring Travis and other fashion models. The film, directed by Nathalie Canguilhem, presents a journey in the deserts and depicts a contrast between water and fire. Travis Scott, or La Flame, appears in actual flames at the end of the video, as well as reflected in mirrors and laying down on an old Mercedes.
The YSL Spring 2017 collection will be available for sale online and in stores on November 9. You can watch the clip here:
Jeezy shows what it’s like to be hood rich as he takes his G-Class Mercedes Benz to the hood in the video for “G Wagon” off ‘Trap Or Die 3’.
As the Snowman continues to roll videos out for singles off ‘Trap Or Die 3’, he’s also cocurrently working on another project he plans to release before the end of the year.
“The first project was Trap or Die 3, and my next project I’m announcing it right now is Snow Season,” Jeezy told Complex. “It won’t be no retiring just yet.”

When it comes to musical awards Rihanna is no stranger. The recipient of eight GRAMMY awards, can now add a fashion award to her trophy case, as she will be awarded with the 2016 “Shoe of the Year” by Footwear News.
The “Shoe of the Year” award is based on “retail sales, consumer feedback, social media prowess and overall buzz.”
“In my wildest dreams, I never would have imagined an honor like “Shoe of the Year,” she said. “It means so much to me to make a mark line like this in the shoe and sneaker industry and to have so many people share my love for the Creeper.”
Previous recipients for the award include last year’s awardee, Kanye West for his Yeezy Boost 350 and Stan Smith for his ADIDAS collaboration.
Rihanna has been instrumental in reviving the PUMA brand, after brands like NIKE, Air Jordan, and ADIDAS were taking over the game with entertainers and athletes on their roster. Rih’s worldwide influence has been proven through the sale of the Creeper shoe.
The 30th Footwear News Achievement Awards will be hosted at the IAC Headquarters in New York City on November 29th.
Congrats, Rih!

Post Malone delivers “Congratulations” featuring Quavo off his upcoming album, ‘Stoney’, dropping December 9th. The bass-heavy, trappy instrumental fits well with Malone’s smooth vocals about his rise to success.
Along with this Quavo feature, ‘Stoney’ will also include other contributions from 2 Chainz on “Money Made Me Do it,” Kehlani on “Feel,” and Justin Bieber on “Deja Vu.” Pre-order the album HERE.

Kanye West had to stop his “Saint Pablo Tour” show stop at The Forum in LA early last night after “losing his voice.”
The first leg of the “Saint Pablo” tour was supposed to end in Las Vegas on October 29th, before he added three extra shows in LA. Last night’s show proved to be too much for the rapper doing his sixth show in nine days, which definitely could’ve contributed to his vocal issues.
In the video below you will see an exhausted Kanye cut his performance of “Only One” short as he ends his show by saying “turn the lights up, shows over. I can’t let y’all have a show where I can’t perform. I’m sorry.” He then proceeded to offer fans their money back for the mishap.
