Dj Quik- “Black Friday”

DJ Quik is joining the list of artists releasing songs in the wake of recent events with his new song “Black Friday.”

Compton rapper/producer DJ Quik’s new song addresses police brutality and the endangerment of black life.

Quik wrote alongside the track, “I wrote this piece because I don’t like the tumultuous air surrounding Black People, someone had to speak up for the African American community on this Black Friday and I elect Me to do so.”

DJ Khaled Announces New Book “The Keys”

There isn’t a lot DJ Khaled isn’t doing. He posted on Instagram today to announce his new book “The Keys”, which will feature mogul talk with Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Puff Daddy, and more.

DJ Khaled says “This book will help you follow your vision as long as you have passion, dedication, blood, sweat and tears, and especially ignore when THEY try to bring you down. Major Key, I wish I had this book when I was coming up.”

The book will be available November 22nd.

Mac Miller & Cee-Lo Perform “We” on Devine Feminine Concert

Mac Miller is set to air a special concert on DirectTVs audience network Friday, September 30th at 9 PM of his new album “The Divine Feminine” which debuted #2 on the Billboard 200.

Juicy J – “Ballin” Feat. Kanye West [AUDIO]

Juicy J nabs Kanye West for his new single, “Ballin.” Ye doesn’t drop a verse on the track but he is heard throughout the song hitting the chorus.

The two first worked together when Kanye hopped on Three 6 Mafia’s “Side to Side Remix.”

A video for the song which is available now on Apple Music and other platforms will premiere tomorrow exclusively on TIDAL.

“Ballin” will be featured on Juicy’s forthcoming album Rubba Band Business: The Album,’ set for release this winter.
