A$AP Ferg rounds up A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Trinidad James, and Schoolboy Q for his official remix to “Work.”
Listen below.

Last but not least, XXL releases the official annual XXL Freshman mixtape, hosted by DJ Drama. Seventeen tracks from the freshman ten (ScHoolboy Q, Trinidad Jame$, Joey Bada$$, Ab-Soul, Logic, Action Bronson, Kirko Bangz, Travi$ Scott, Angel Haze and Dizzy Wright) kick off the last leg of XXL Freshman promo. Most of the tracks new (we’ve already heard “Yay Yay” and “Upper Echelon”) and some of the tracks with top notch features. Check out the tracklist, stream and download after the jump.
MTV hits the set of A$AP Ferg’s “Work (Remix)” which features his buddies A$AP Rocky, Trinidad Jame$ and ScHoolboy Q. French Montana is also set to be in the remix but shot his part separately. Check out some backstage footage along with interviews from each artist.

I want to say that this is the first magazine that has the entire Black Hippy crew on the front cover. Glad they chose RESPECT.. Cop the mag’s TDE takeover on April 30.

The lineup is HUGE!
Jay-Z and Budweiser’s Made In America Festival will return with more big names in 2013. Beyonce and Nince Inch Nails will headline the two-day concert, which also boasts Black Hippy (Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock), A$AP Rocky, Miguel, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Solange and Public Enemy, among many more. It all goes down Labor Day Weekend on Saturday, Aug. 31 and Sunday, Sep. 1 at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, PA.
XXL kicked off their freshman class freestyles today with TDE’s ScHoolboy Q.
ScHoolboy Q gives a tour of the TDE compound during SXSW 2013
ScHoolboy Q made some time out of his busy schedule to stop by Sway in the Morning for our new feature called “Ask Q,” where the TDE rapper gives love advice to our Citizens. He continued to keep it real as he admitted not having a driver’s license and even reminisced about the time he scared Sway at the airport.
Watch the freestyle above and the rest of the interviews after the jump. Q the love guru. Who knew?
ScHoolboy Q headlined two shows in one night last night at SOB’s in New York City. Here’s some footage and an interview from the 2-in-1 night. After the jump, GFM caught Q performing “NigHtmare On Figg St” and “My Hatin’ Joint.”
UPDATE: Footage of SBQ performing his new track “Yay Yay” added.
No cursing, no “N” words, you know the rules. ScHoolboy Q, part of the current XXL Freshman class, picks up the mic after interviewing with Sway on MTV’s RapFix Live and spits a lyrical treat acappella for the viewers. He passes on the mic to Harlem’s Uno then Brick Squad’s Frenchie.
