The things a scorned lover will do to get his or her revenge. In Jared Evan’s new visual for the Joey Bada$$-featured standout “Black & White,” his former mate takes it to the limit by actually causing an explosion. Don’t worry, I didn’t fully spoil the ending of the Rik Cordero-directed clip. It gets even juicier. Make sure you pick up his latest album, produced entirely by Statik Selektah, titled Boom Bap & Blues.

Jared Evan’s music may be new to our site but no doubt he’s one hell of a talent. In Boom Bap & Blues, the Zone 4/Interscope artist sings even throws down a couple bars with the majority of the raps coming from Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$, Hoodie Allen, Termanology and a few more. Did I mention the entire 10-track EP is a collaboration with Statik Selektah? Yup, just adding on to the list of reasons of why you need to check it out. Shout out to our friends at GoodFellaMedia for putting us on!
