After a series of leaks, Chase N. Cashe comes through with his latest project, Heir Waves. The 17-track mixtape holds features from Smoke DZA, Troy Ave. and more and includes production from Araab Muzik, Young Chop and from the Surf Club member himself.

With about two weeks left, Surf Club’s Cashe N. Cashe releases the artwork and tracklist for his upcoming album, CHARM, out November 12 via iTunes. A$AP Rocky, Lolah Brown and Kobe (not to be confused with the Laker) all make guest appearances on CHARM. Chase handles most of the production but araabMUZIK, Tha Bizness Jahlil Beats and a few more share their talents on the album.
