The Flava Concert Series, hosted by the Baka Boyz, is bringing DJ Premier to Icon Ultra Lounge in Los Angeles. And since it’s Memorial Day Weekend (meaning you have don’t have to wake up early on Monday), there is no reason why you should miss out on Primo, J Rocc and Mr. Choc on the turntables.

HS87 dropped a single last night like it was “Nothin.” Ha, see what I did there? The last time we heard from the collective was when Hit-Boy & HS87 released their album, All I’ve Ever Dreamed Of. “Nothin” is their new single and visual. Expect to hear more from HS87 in 2013.

We’ve heard a few releases off IV Play and now the entire 14-tracked album is available to stream for free courtesy of The-Dream’s VEVO channel. Dream hooked his album, which drops May 28, up with features from Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Fabolous, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Pusha T, Gary Clark Jr., Kelly Rowland and more.

Our own DJ SourMILK said the album was sounding great. He should know. He DJ’d The-Dream’s listening party in Los Angeles! Listen to the full stream below.

Pharrell has teamed up with composer Heitor Pereira to produce on the official soundtrack to Despicable Me 2,  One of the originally tracks that’ll appear in the film is Pharrell’s “Happy” along with two other contributions from the producer including “Scream” which features Cee-Lo Green. The film arrives in theatres July 3.
