While Lil Wayne sorts out his dispute with Birdman and fights for the release of ‘Tha Carter V’, he drops a surprise mixtape called ‘In Tune We Trust’, as consolation for the delayed album.
The four-track mixtape includes collaborations with Young Money artists like Jay Jones, HoodyBaby, Euro, and Gudda Gudda. Tunechi also teams up with Jeezy on “Fireworks,” an ode to the 4th of July holiday.
Aside from the collaborations Weezy freestyles over Playboi Carti’s “Magnolia.” On the freestyle he shows love and represents his hometown Magnolia Projects in New Orleans, Louisiana, while paying homage to Manny Fresh by borrowing his flow.
