Morray became an Internet sensation when his song “Quicksand” went viral and even received co-signs from J. Cole, amongst many others. That success catapulted the North Carolina rapper and earned him a deal with Interscope.

Today he releases his first major label single in “Trenches,” where the rapper paints pictures with his impressive vocals about the ups and down of coming up in the hood.

Atlanta’s Kenny Mason released his ‘Angelic Hoodrat’ album last year and returns today with a “Supercut” version that comes with an additional 12-tracks that finds the rapper showing off his versatility as an artist.

Freddie Gibbs appears on one of my favorite tracks on the project called “Much Money”, while Denzel Curry comes through on “A+”.

With it being the national smoker’s holiday today known as 4/20, it’s only right Uncle Snoop Dogg comes through with his new album ‘From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites’. The new release comes filled with vibes to update your 4/20 playlist.

Friday was 415 Day, which represents San Francisco’s main area code. To celebrate the day producer Zaytoven connected with EMPIRE found Ghazi for a San Francisco compilation project called ‘Fo15’.

The production was handled by Zaytoven himself while different Bay Area acts like ZayBang, Lil Bean, Lil Yee, KxNG LLAMA, Prezi, and others appear on the compilation exercising their flows.

Chris Brown and Young Thug scored a hit with “Go Crazy” off their 2020 collaboration tape, ‘Slime & B‘. Breezy and Thugger dropped a massive remix with Future, Lil Durk, and Mulatto a year later to further the hits success.

Slime and B dropped a video for the remix where Chris goes airborne, skydiving face first from a plane.
