Blend Tape: Shaolin Jazz – The 37th Chamber

Blogger Gerarld Watson and DJ 2-Tone Jones have released a full blend tape combining classic Wu-Tang with Jazz. From the interviews I’ve watched, I’ve noticed that this special project has been in the works for a while and now it’s released for free. Blend tapes work when done right so download and see if it’s up your alley. I know I did.

The thirteen track tape features classic Wu-Tang vocals, from songs such as “C.R.E.A.M.”, “The Pit”, (Ol’ Dirty Bastard‘s) “Got Your Money”, (Method Man and Redman‘s) “How High” to name but a few, over reworked timeless Jazz pieces, by the the like of Lonnis Liston Smith, Bobbi Humphery, Miles Davis and Herbie Hancock.

Video: Big K.R.I.T. – Return Of 4eva Tour Ep. 1

Mississippi MC Big K.R.I.T. is heading on tour with Freddie Gibbs and Smoke DZA. Here’s the first video of the tour.

Check out Behind the scenes with K.R.I.T., performing “Country Shit” with Bun B in Houston, signing wood grain steering wheels, there was even a jonah hill look alike singing “amtrak” which was hilarious & ending with a Big Sant freestyle who you def need to be paying attention to because he is truth, he’s the gentleman on “return of 4eva” & “Made alot” on “K.R.I.T. wuz here” & “Returnof4eva”

I just want to say that Big K.R.I.T. needs to collab with J. Cole on a track, soon. I just checked my iTunes, which would have it if it existed, and nada. *sending out vibes to the universe*
