Joe Moses – 1st Day Out [WATCH]

Joe Moses dropped the visuals for the standout track “1st Day Out” from his latest mixtape ‘Dead or Alive.’ Putting his own spin on the popular Tee Grizzley record of the same name, Joe tells his own story about dealing with street life and incarceration.

“I wanted this video to show me and my day 1’s, but also show how far I’ve come. I’m talking about some real shit on the record and I have a picture of me locked up, but also clips of shows and performances. I’m showing and telling you what I came from, and where I’ve been able to go,” explains Joe of the visuals. Scoop is also working with LA based clothing line, SSUR, to re-create a small collection of LA RAZA merchandise as a tribute to Scoop’s father, Frost. Frost is an integral part of the roots and cultural history in Los Angeles. The record, LA RAZA, meaning “The People”, was a groundbreaking song and video in for the hispanic community and culture. The collection, consisting of t-shirts, hoodies, coach jackets, snapback hats and beanies, is available in limited quantities at SSUR.COM and in store at SSUR Los Angeles.
